Sasha....have you and Katherine looked at this from a constitutional perspective. The federal government has just 18 substantive powers and there is NO mention in regard to health just like it has no authority over marriage, education or the environment. The General Welfare clause (if one were to read it and study it) does not give the federal government including the Supreme Court the right to control health and health care. HHS and all of its sub-divisions, EPA, DoE and more are unconstitutional agencies. Any law, rule, regulation, EO, international agreement or treaty that violates the extremely limited federal powers (Art. 1 Sec. 8) is null and void. The states could use rightfully nullify PREP, 1986 Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and others are all unconstitutional so they are all null and void. Time we went to the heart of the matter. If you need a GOOD constitutional lawyer (a REAL constitutional expert I can recommend several) Too many call themselves constitutional experts but they are only expert at distorting and lying about the true meaning of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Federalist Papers and the writings of our founders that clearly explained the intent of every Article in the Constitution. As you know I am the founder of TN Citizens for State Sovereignty and we are going to fight back against the federal abuse of the Constitution via the Restoring of State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act. The federal government is NOT the final arbiter of what is constitutional and what is not. And that includes the Supreme Court (they are held to the same extremely limited powers given to the states when they created the government). The states and the people of the states decide what is constitutional and what is not.
They went to a lot of trouble to create the illusion of a legal process. This is a war and they don't have to play by the rules, but neither do we. People need to understand this is a war.

Here in Canada The National Citizens Inquiry concluded its investigation- and the citizens of Canada have spoken! They WILL be held to account for their crimes; they will be charged and prosecuted for their crimes!
It is devastating to know that there is a "Il"legal and regulatory framework in place in the US code for injecting this poisoned into human. The injection of the poison was a total scam here in my country (The Nordic) the marketing and purchasing were done strait forward on a emotional level and the enhancement of self-concept "Aspirational Product". One good thing did happen when the Black Mirror Occultist did go for the children a "non compliance" did happen among the people or TPTB have chosen their future human farming and harvesting. Their local troops are at present instructed to stay in "plausible denial" mode while the rosicrucian and the crusader are back in their black cube citadel awaiting advice (Private Public Partnership) from the Kazarian Mafia i.e. who to target and where to deploy (adjustment and calibration) their future "Kill Boxes" though I think the "Boxes" are in place and operational in my Country. What we see here is a war on humanity. The people promoting mRNA technology and CRISPR are harming and killing people through "medicine" for the sake of promoting Artificial Intelligence. They will turn everything over to AI and nobody is accountable to anybody or anything and corporations save money by employing less people. They have a fiduciary duty to make money for their investors, right? It probably said nowhere in the fine print that they are not supposed to kill or harm people.
In Canada they also designed a parallel legal framework while Canadians are made to believe that the jabs and other countermeasures were implemented and regulated under the Dept. of Health and Health Canada:
