The federal government has just 18 substantive powers and there is NO mention in regard to health just like it has no authority over marriage, education or the environment. The General Welfare clause (if one were to read it and study it) does not give the federal government including the Supreme Court the right to control health and health care. HHS and all of its sub-divisions, EPA, DoE and more are unconstitutional agencies. Any law, rule, regulation, EO, international agreement or treaty that violates the extremely limited federal powers (Art. 1 Sec. 8) is null and void. The states could use rightfully nullify PREP, 1986 Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and others are all unconstitutional so they are all null and void. Time we went to the heart of the matter. Thanks Paul. We here in TN are trying our best to get legislation passed that creates a process to invoke Nullification. But of course we in the supposed RED state of TN have legislators that have no interest in doing their job and they present a huge obstacle for us to overcome. I organized TN Citizens for State Sovereignty last March as a grass roots movement to support this legislation. We are bringing KrisAnne Hall to TN in February to do a presentation of Nullification and the Constitution. But even if this law does not get passed WE THE PEOPLE will pressure legislators to nullify with or without the law. The law just makes it much easier to hold their feet to the fire and do their job.

If that is the case you need to demand a refund. Obviously the instructor knew nothing about the Constitution. These fraudulent lessons are why most Americans have no clue. The SC is part of the federal government. They are held to the same restrictions as the other branches. They have no jurisdiction outside of the powers given to the government. If that is the case you need to demand a refund. Obviously the instructor knew nothing about the Constitution. These fraudulent lessons are why most Americans have no clue. The SC is part of the federal government. They are held to the same restrictions as the other branches. They have no jurisdiction outside of the powers given to the government.
