Outstanding written portion. Thank you Sasha. I print out certain written articles and fill large 3 ring binders for my grandchildren to read one day when they want to really understand what happened way back in 2020. With your permission I’d like to print this written portion to add in my research and health binder for them. It’s clear and concise and I appreciate your sharing of your knowledge in layman’s terms so we can all follow. Well done and thank you again 🙏👍

Early on Sabine was looking for people who did not get sick from "Covid" in order to do a study. I was to be one of the "live" volunteers- we had a few minimal exchanges and I waited to hear back for the follow-up which never happened. Not sure what happened to that program if she ever moved forward with that study.

My case was maybe like others- I don't know. I was around many college students on a daily basis in extended close contact. This included dozens of Chinese foreign exchange students and dozens of NYC students who attended this "elite" university.

They were often testing "positive" and getting "sick" (with the same symptoms they get every year) while I never got sick.

I had been teaching at that University for 20 years and did so during three semesters of the phony "pandemic" until the vaxx mandate kicked in for staff- it kicked in earlier for students. I never wore a mask- against school policy- and was around these students every day.

Why did I not get sick? Pretty simple- the food I eat, regular exercise and plenty of sleep.

The students eat crap, they rarely exercise, are sleep deprived, drink too much, stressed out, indoors all the time, electronics all the time, constant states of dehydration and so forth.

Once the vaxx mandate kicked in the students were getting quite sick. It was a bizarre thing to see as they were either coerced and threatened in multiple ways or they took it as a form of "duty" (alomst ritual hazing) even though most did not want to take the shots.

No studies are really needed.

There is no such thing as Covid outside of propaganda.

Really looking forward to listening. Dr. Zack Bush is also strong voice around the microbiome.Makes sense to me, especially in light of knowing our 'gut' is its own brain, which explains why many of us know things at a gut level before we have the mental information. Thanks and happy travels.

You either believe that we were put here to be healthy, or put here to be sick. What does it say in the Bible when God got finished creating everything? He said “it is good.” He didn’t say, “it was is good, except for those viruses over there, and that bad cholesterol. And oh yeah, those pesky bacteria. I’m gonna take a break and then come back and fix those things.” What’s the elephant in the middle of the Covid room? All the people that DID NOT GET SICK! Billions were unaffected by “the deadly virus.” As Pasteur said on his deathbed to Bechamp, “You were right, the germ is nothing. The soil is everything.” With maybe a few exceptions, healthy people don’t get sick and sick people get everything. Sickness, illness, is not a “thing” but rather a LACK OF HEALTH, just like darkness. You want to get rid of the darkness (sickness)? Just turn on the light (health)! Love your writings and insights and expertise. I’ve listened to your podcast with RFKJr twice and am on my third time through. (Would love to see a diagram/flow chart of the whole scheme)

Be well!

Just an aside, a man in Alberta Canada has not consumed any VItamin A for 7 years as an experiment to see if it would cure a skin condition. He discovered that vitamin A is added in great quantities to our foods ( since the 1960’s) and thought it strange since vitamin A is found in almost every food. The upshot is that Vitamin A ( retinoic acid) is a cheap cancer chemo therapy used because it destroys epithelial cells. It also accumulates in the liver and can only be removed by becoming ill and the body uses up the stores. We are being fed massive amounts of this vitamin which is not a vitamin. WHy? It is in every food. Explorers in the arctic eating polar bear liver ( loads of vitamin A) are dead in 24 hours with skin peeling off.

The ALberta man recovered from stage 4 kidney disease, grey hair returned to black, eyesight is 20/20. 54 years old. I think VItamin A/ retinoic acid is dangerous. This can easily affect the micro-biome. ( and glyphosate ) which is on all foods.

Also, when Zelinsky was installed in 2014 the World BAnk supplied a huge loan to Ukraine with strings attached. Ukraine had to make available 70% of it’s farmland for sale to foreigners and they had to permit glyphosate usage on crops. Russia does not permit GMO’s in their country. Ukraine supplies wheat to the Middle East and Europe. No all of these people are ingesting Monsanto’s glyphosate insecticide. Welcome to my micro biome. Bayer of Germany now owns Monsanto and took over the 9000 lawsuits against the company for poisoning and sickens people.

Fascinating. This theory Makes sense. Like a lot of things, it requires faith because we the regular people cannot see any of this with our own eyes---microbiomes and viral message packets etc--we depend on others to not mislead us and tell us the truth regarding these things. I am open to everything but I’m slow to adopt anything as absolute truth these days. That’s why, like you, I gravitate to what I see in nature and tend to dwell there, as it’s very existence is evidence of a miracle. This understanding is reflected in your art and makes you more trustworthy. That’s why I think it’s so apt that you include it with you scientific theories.

You're right. When I was staying in the US, I was taken aback by the intensity of drug advertisement - it's so illness focused. (It puts the idea subconsciously in your mind)

Gut health has been promoted here too. I live on seaweed and fermented food ;-)

Safe travels!

Thank you Sasha for again showing your love of life by shinning light on knowledge that breaks the chains of ignorance and fear. You expose the underbelly of lies and evil of this mass psychosis, being spread by the death cult. At some point awakening happens, you realize the oneness and unity of all life. That enables us to live a conscious, aware, joyful life, free from fear and evil.

"Viruses can be thought of as a communication and messaging protocol/language of microorganisms (and cells in multicellular organisms). ":

That's it! I am starting to understand viruses as in some way akin to the plasmid rings exchanged by prokaryotes. They are not the same, but yes, they fit the description of communication protocols, and carriers.

Much of the message content, in both cases (viruses and plasmids) is digital. I come at it from the digital side of things, being a semi-retired applied computer scientist who has designed and implemented communications protocols, but also understanding that there is much more to this than quaternary and base-64 code sequences (and activation, and on and on), just as human-designed digital communication systems involve much more than the binary code messages that they carry.

I also come at my understanding of life as being carefully designed and engineered. There is nothing accidental or random about the design. But we can't understand it by looking at microorganisms. The organism we need to be examining, and whose behavior we should be seeking to understand and to alter, is _us_. We do not require modern scientific research or its laboratory facilities to do this, but then we are not, for the most part, seeking the right kind of understanding.

Scientific research and its facilities, and the facilities for industrial applied science and manufacturing, have a different purpose. I may not understand very well what that is, but I comprehend it as the advancement of the "knowledge of good and evil", whose fruits are destructive. It is accounted for in our design, but not directly supportive of our intended purpose. We can learn from it, and turn from it, if we would only do so.

The problem, at a high-level view, is that we humans come into this world incomplete. This is also by design. We are given a choice, to try to perfect ourselves and to seek to "be like God", a terribly broken approach that ultimately leads to death, or to work with our designer, God, to become complete, something that we are not on our own even remotely capable of accomplishing. There is more to us than our material existence.

Our history bears the problem out. Look at how far we have come. Look at what all this striving after knowledge and power has produced. Look quickly, for there may not be much time left to do so. We, as a planet, are about to experience the ultimate conclusion of our own misguided efforts.

But there is time, and the choice is still open. There is a future that awaits.

Thanks as always Sasha.

Fwiw I had giardia 20yrs ago, and not sure I ever got rid of it, but was so used to having an upset tummy I didn't think about it. But since taking a short course of IVM last year my tummy is as happy as it was when I was a child growing up in the country. So, my experience backs up your thought that IVM changes the biome for the better and bumps off some of the unhelpful passengers one might have picked up. I gather it may sort out Lyme's too, so am now trying a more comprehensive course for that.
