In 1922 they were concerned with arbitrary quarantine rules which restricted trade and freedom and were not supported by contemporary science. 100 years later the arbitrary rules are still not supported by actual science, but that hasn't stopped authoritarian bureaucrats from imposing them.

Seems to me the takeaway here is that globalists have been working towards their New World Order via "public health" regulations for at least a hundred years. More really, looking at the spiritual nature of such a battle - it is part of the human experience altogether to exist in a continual battle of good and evil. This document shows repeatedly the idea that governments can impose health regulations upon their respective peoples "for their own good"

Obviously, as Sasha mentions, the change to "infectious disease" is present. That is certainly part of the the Rockefeller's agenda to work #GermTheory into a profitable model, which they have done. All the while using that particular fraud to gain political power, which they have. #COVID1984

League of Nations involvement and the language of “civilized countries all to adopt uniform approach...” is already hinting at the push for globalist, extra national control to the member nations, is one thing I noticed.

Since mid 1800s onward and through the 1920’s and into the 1930’s where technocracy was pushed even harder - it all seems like indeed nothing is new under the sun.

It's all about power. We the people have all of the power. We delegate through democratic means (at least in theory) some of our power to others. It is necessary for society to function. However, this experiment has gone off the rails. It's time to take back our power. We must end all entanglements in global organizations. Stop funding them. Make them move their headquarters off US soil. Update all laws that grant emergency powers to any public officials, especially those that are triggered by the CDC or WHO. Make sure that our rights are not violated in the name of an emergency.

Ecclesiastes, Chapter 1 Verse 9 in the New Living Translation of the Bible reads: History merely repeats itself. It has all been done before. Nothing under the sun is truly new. Chapter 12 Verses 13-14 reads: That’s the whole story. Here now is my final conclusion: Fear God and obey his commands, for this is everyone’s duty. God will judge us for everything we do, including every secret thing, whether good or bad.

“The addition of provisions relating to typhus fever, small-pox, AND CERTAIN OTHER DISEASES.” (emphasis added)

That could be ANYTHING they choose.

What I noticed from the article is the globalists of 1922 had not yet conceived the practice of ad-nausea buzzword regurgitation in their reports. The words equity, diversity, sustainable, public-private partnership, and climate change are missing.

Today on the Stew Peters a whistleblower produced a Pfizer document showing our favorite corporation was planning to test an mRNA COVID jab on humans back in 2019. Of course no animal studies (we are the animals) Here is the link https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vRQ-zUHO4u8CCVJHbQs2KHzxL_-8blkuEYXRB2KQQ-5DHi3Ak0T10q-0uu3SuoZworyKms5cX4hcSxd/pub

I was in Spain in 1978 when a typhoid fever outbreak occurred along the river Tajo. The area affected was on the route taken by migrant farm workers from Morocco on their way to France. Turned out one of a party of migrants had died along the way, and rather than report the death his companions just dumped his body in the river!

I don't know what measures are taken to prevent infectious disease entering Europe, but when you look at the number of migrants arriving daily, the possibility of a major outbreak seems likely at some point. Surprised it hasn't happened already.

No mention of the “worst pandemic in history”, which we’re told occurred just 3-4 years earlier?

Influenza surely had to get top billing?

Pandemic preparedness BS

Firstly the germ theory of disease has many nuances. I think that the “scientific” approach to the dichotomy of health verses disease is very reductionist, simplistic and completely ignores the emotional (spiritual) contribution to deficient immunity leading to poor health.

Contagion has always existed and will always prevail despite the efforts of mankind. Life is a mystery that cannot be perceived nor controlled by mortal meddling. The best we can do is prevent what we can and manage that which we can’t avert.

What distressed and frustrated me most about this pandemic is the total lack of government guidance towards good health - I can write a book about that subject, however there are some basic and very simple measures people can take to improve their resistance to contagion.

It was obvious to me from early 2020 that this was a scam and became more so, as governments around the world responded in unison. The way deaths were classified, illness was mistreated, repurposed drug treatments withheld and the increase in problems since the mRNA jab was foisted on the world, leaves no doubt in a critical thinking mind as to the nefarious agenda driving all this.

Whether we like it or not, in the globalised world we live in today, there needs to be some coordinated health imperatives which are guidelines for countries and states to promote to their population. This certainly should not be focused on chemical and pharmaceutical solutions as these are useless at best at controlling health, but should direct people to be responsible for their own wellbeing and instruct and incentivise the population on self help techniques.

I was brought up in the western scientific tradition but have practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for 30 years and have treated most of peoples ailments with a modicum of success where scientific medicine had failed or created more problems. TCM follows a completely different way of seeing illness, primarily treating the person not the “disease”. That doesn’t make it a good model for profiting from people being ill, as does the pharmaceutical/medical paradigm.

By example the so called Long covid, or long flu which in TCM terms is called "retained pathogen". Simply stated if an illness is incorrectly treated (and/or the persons immune system is below optimum) the pathogen may be locked into the system with various reoccurring symptoms. This is not something which can be resolved with a broad brush approach but needs to consider why this has occurred in this person and treated appropriately.

Perhaps when the slate has been cleared and the WEF, Bill Gates et al. have vanished like the bad dream they are, we can recreate a WHO in the form of an International sanitary convention which will function to keep us all well till its our time to move on to another realm naturally.

Just to let people know that the USCIS is still mandating the covid 19 vaccine to get your green card. I haven't heard anyone talking about this. So my wife isn't going to get a green card because of the vaccine.

Clean water, healthier nutrition, decreased workplace toxic exposure, and decent housing ended most infectious epidemics.

The existence of any virus was not necessary for these improvements in public health.

Here' an old article in an Oct, 18, 1918 NY newspaper from "Uncle Sam" giving advise on the "Spanish Flu". https://nyshistoricnewspapers.org/lccn/sn85026747/1918-10-18/ed-1/seq-3/#date1=01/01/1917&index=5&date2=12/31/1919&searchType=advanced&SearchType=prox5&sequence=0&words=Influ.enza+influenza+Influenza&proxdistance=5&to_year=1919&rows=20&ortext=&from_year=1917&proxtext=Influenza&phrasetext=&andtext=&dateFilterType=range&page=1

Looking for an old article that gives indication of death counts. But this particular article doesn't seem to indicate any severe risk. Mentions nurses attending to sick wear a mask. Tells people what to do to stay healthy and advises against taking pharmaceuticals from the pharmacist.
