I tested as INTJ in college. Decided being found as max-I (introvert) might not be healthy or wise in all situations. Like the smart kid groups in the 1980’s. I was briefly in a small class of about 8. Lukewarm? The book I mentioned has Bible verses perfectly written. It answered a lot of questions for me. It’s not preachy & lets the reader decide about belief & faith in their own way. I was shocked to be drawn to such a logically written book. I’m much more emotional & unorganized, & intuitive.

I am not an attorney, but I spent 24 years investigating criminal cases, including dozens of murders. I know these people are lawless, but this is clear-cut violation of the 4th Amendment, which covers search and seizure. First, to search any aspect of your body, which includes your bodily fluids by entering it to take a DNA swab, even saliva (unless it is discarded), requires probable cause that you have committed a crime, and that evidence of that crime will be found in your bodily fluids. For example, blood alcohol level or DNA. Also, whenever the government inhibits your freedom of movement, it is a seizure, a lawful kidnapping.
If we broaden the restrictions of the 4th Amendment in criminal investigations to the public health space, I believe the same holds true. First (and I know this is an issue that people absolutely lose their shit over), they should have to prove that there is a sequence of amino acids that are causing the symptoms of the disease. The Rube Goldberg virus cultivation process and in-silico genome modeling doesn’t even pass my probable cause standard. I have examined the evidence for viruses causing diseases from a criminal investigation viewpoint. I would not present the case to a prosecutor.
Second, they should have to prove that my body will reproduce that sequence of amino acids, that I will expel them, and others will also get ill because of it (transmission). This has also never been reliably reproduced in properly structured experiments. The theory of infectious disease transmission is based upon anecdotal evidence. At most it rises to the level of reasonable suspicion, but not to the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt, which is where you had better be if you are going to confine me. There are other potential causes of the symptoms that are dismissed.
Third, they must justify the reasonableness of the severity of their actions commensurate with the severity of my effect on others; they are going to get the sniffles vs. they are going to die. For example, taking a saliva sample isn’t intrusive. Taking a nasal swab is severe and intrusive if done against my will. Seizing my body and placing me in quarantine against my will is extremely severe. If they are going to confine me then they had better prove I am going to kill someone if not separated from the herd.
As a parallel example to illustrate my point regarding the reasonableness of their actions: Sometimes people run red lights and injure or kill others without intent (accidents). Based upon their pandemic response reasoning, no one should be allowed to drive a car, because allowing us to drive sometimes leads to injury and death. Is that reasonable? Obviously not, because they are not doing it.
Remember, the acronym for Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) is pronounced, FAKE. Pandemics, vaccinations, and treating us like cattle is a ritual for these people. They are telling us what they are doing. If we don’t comply, they are powerless.

Katherine, thank you for the case-law citations. I appreciate all your research and your opinion. I read both cases and believe that the principles I explained are still valid. The first case, National Treasury Employees Union vs. Von Raab, concerned drug testing customs personnel who sought promotion to positions where they would be dealing with interdicting narcotics while carrying firearms. The court recognized that the drug testing was protected under the 4th Amendment but cited several reasons why the government interests to have drug-free officers, especially armed officers, outweighed the minor intrusion of a urinalysis. In this case we know that narcotics exist and that they cause impairment. It was also acknowledged that the testing was a condition of promotion, which everyone knew about in advance. There was no requirement to promote, so there was no requirement for testing.
The second case, Skinner vs. Railway Labor Executives’ Association, dealt with drug and alcohol testing of railroad employees after major train accidents. Since the testing was encouraged by the Federal Railroad Authority the courts recognized that it fell under the 4th Amendment. Again, the courts said that the interests of the public and the railroad employees to be safe from drunk and high (paraphrasing) railroad employees outweighed the privacy concerns covered by the 4th Amendment. The mandatory post-accident drug testing was instituted to discourage drug and alcohol use by employees to reduce accidents. I must add though, since it is mandatory as a condition of employment it is covered under the 5th Amendment and the results of that testing would probably not be allowed as evidence in a criminal trial. Any evidentiary testing for criminal prosecution would have to be carried out by law enforcement who would need a warrant if the employee didn’t give consent to submit a sample.
Neither case discussed a criminal penalty because of a positive drug or alcohol test, only that the government was involved in the requirement for the testing, so it fell under the 4th Amendment. In both cases the justification for the violation of the 4th Amendment was public safety, and they weren’t testing just anyone they wanted in the community. They were testing specific people for specific purposes as a condition of employment. Based upon the two cases cited, government encouraged, or government required PCR testing and confinement based upon PCR testing, virology, communicable diseases, and pandemics fall under the 4th Amendment. In my initial comment I argued that the government must first prove the case that there are viruses, that viruses cause disease, that diseases are communicable, and that the communicable disease is so serious that the public safety interest outweighs the rights under the 4th Amendment. But even if the government takes the stance that virology and communicable disease science is settled (which they have), to any rational person it is a huge overreach of government authority to test people and confine them with no proof that they are going to injure others to a degree that warrants such intrusion.

So here it is: when the vaccine mandates were implemented in Quebec, the nurses got united and said NO! We are not taking the covid shots. The premier of Quebec organized a big press conference and told the mainstream media: we can't afford to fire 25,000 nurses. Because if we do it, our hospitals will collapse. As a result, they withdraw the vaccine mandates for nurses but kept the mandates for everyone else, including children that were in competitive sports. It was horrible.

Great analysis and I also thought worth mentioning that the perpetrators strategy for PHEICS depends heavily on testing people without symptoms. PCR is FDA approved only for people with symptoms which is why they needed the EUA for this test. Traditional tests like culture require live organism. Interestingly, I work in admin for a national cardiology company and I believe all the Drs were vaxed. They all believed the whole elaborate lie unquestioningly. Is it possible that the PCR was more accurate in some instances? I worked for an NFL team and prior to the vaccine, we all were tested daily. It was rare to get a false positive. They double tested to make sure. Everyone who tested positive twice were definitely sick with Covid. Then when the vaccine came out, only the players who refused vaccination were tested daily. I didn't take the jab and was forbidden to enter the facility but I could go to player's homes. Nothing was logical.
Everyone who tested positive twice and was ill with symptoms at the time = the test was testing for inflammation-related enzymes. They would have triggered positive on any illness that causes fever (flu, common cold, severe GI poisoning, etc). There is nothing that tests accurately for "covid", and in general, PCR testing is non-diagnostic, it's a lab trick, it's actually a stupid lab trick, but too long to explain here.
Of course, the rest of the answer to the faulty PCR test is that there really is no such thing as a virus, so the test is finding any random string of proteins and calling it positive for a virus. But, most people have been so thoroughly conditioned by pharma and media that even the possibility that they have been misled about the existence of viruses triggers a severe bout of cognitive dissonance, for which we have yet to find a cure.
I can only speak from personal experience. My husband became ill and later that day, I did too. Someone at his work announced a positive Covid test. The day prior to my husband becoming ill, we had a guest and he became ill three days later after returning home. Then a few days after that, his wife and children became ill. We all tested positive for Covid. Me and my husband were taking all the supplements and exercise regularly. We only felt tired. Then after a few days, the neurological symptoms started. We felt depressed, lost our sense of smell for a day and I developed POTS. All symptoms subsided but I have never had neurological symptoms from any kind of cold or flu. Seems like Covid was different. We were sick in February 2021. I'm clairsentient and could feel Covid was not fully natural. It is very unusual for me to ever get sick and despite doing everything right, I still got sick. Something was weird about Covid and I don't want to downplay the significance of something unleashed on us by psychopaths. People are saying that viruses don't exist. Well, something exists and there is a temporal and spacial association.

As for the misuse of PCR to diagnose COVID infection, Mullis explained, if you run enough cycles, you can find anything you want to find. Over 30 cycles is considered too many for any sort of diagnosis. In the COVID tests 35 to 40 cycles were used. Each cycle doubles the DNA sequence that is being magnified. So, 2 to the 35th power is 34,359,738,368. Or 2 to the 40th power is 1,099,511,627,776. That's over one trillion or a thousand billions!!!
Since the PCR uses material in the sample to construct copies of the DNA sequence that is being looked for (or copied), with enough cycles, and some DNA in the sample, virtually any sequence can be produced. To really understand this you need to know that there are only four different DNA nucleotides that make up all DNA sequences. Each nucleotide is defined by a specific nitrogenous base: adenine (often abbreviated "A" in science writing), thymine (abbreviated "T"), guanine (abbreviated "G"), and cytosine (abbreviated "C"). So, by breaking down random DNA in the sample (which is part of the PCR process), the sequence being looked for can be constructed out of the 4 specific nitrogenous base materials that are found in virtually all DNA samples.
When a small number of cycles are run, it may be possible to infer that a particular sequence actually existed right from the start, but when many cycles are run the chances that random DNA nucleotides have been used to produce the desired sequence becomes more and more difficult to sort out. That's because the PCR machine produces billions or even trillions and there's no way to accurately count them. This is where the false positive creeps in.

In other words... if you took the 26 letters of the alphabet, and re-arranged them into 26-letter sequences a trillion times, odds are good that you would end up with lots of instances of the standard alphabet in the correct order. Correct?
Close but not quite. PCR stands for Polymerase Chain Reaction which is a natural process that's based on splitting a DNA strand into two RNA strands. Each is used to produce a complete DNA strand. The chain reaction is when the RNA (half of a DNA) becomes a complete DNA strand. To do that, free nucleotides from the sample are used. That's the doubling effect. It's a DNA copying machine not a DNA searching device. Each cycle does this again, taking each DNA strand and dividing them into two RNA strands that go on to produce two more DNA strands. Each cycle the number of target DNA strands doubles. The DNA being multiplied, is used in the process, and free nucleotides from the sample are used to make billions of the intended DNA strand. Remember, this machine is designed to make billions of copies in hours. It's not intended for determining if a DNA sequence exists in the sample. In the intended use of the PCR machine a DNA sequence can be multiplied into billions of copies for; evolutionary biology to study minute amounts of DNA extracted from the fossil remains of ancient species; forensic analysis of traces of blood, semen, or strands of hair left at a crime scene; gene sequencing; and in genetic engineering to replicate the gene sequence to be installed by inserting the resulting copies into viruses that are finally injected into the target organism. Therefore, when improperly using the PCR machine, it will use the sample as a source of nucleotides that are then made into the DNA supposedly being looked for. Like I said above, It's a DNA copying machine not a DNA searching device.
Despite all of that, if the sample has lots of exactly what's being copied, then more of it will be produced. Therefore, if a lot is found at the end of the process, that indicates that the sequence already existed in the sample. Still, that's an inappropriate use of the machine that breaks down as more and more cycles produce billions or trillions of copies.

A few more pieces of advice based on non-cooperation first time around:
1. Make sure that you continue exercising outdoors, no matter what the goons say. Test whether they just say it but won't arrest you for going walking, running, cycling etc.
2. Try and find ways to source healthy fruit and vegetables, preferably from regenerative farms in your locality.
3. Stock up on quality meat in your freezer from reputable farms rearing animals ethically.
4. Make a fresh vegetable soup every day, especially for the elderly. Fresh vegetable soups are ideal for easy digestion, efficient absorption of vitamins, minerals etc etc.
5. IF you have apple trees available, acquire a family-sized press and make/consume fresh apple juice whenever they are in season. Firstly it tastes fabulous, secondly, it is very healthy.
6. If you can access 50sqm of growing areas and cultivate it/feed it compost religiously, you will have a source of fresh vegetables almost all the year round in temperate regions (obviously less so if your winter temps drop miles below freezing).

Wherever there may be an arguable exercise of power that could be ultra vires, the person making the calls need to be personally addressed. Amongst other avenues, we have done this with 5G towers and local government authorities. After presenting the, not insignificant evidence of EMR risks resulting from extended exposure to Councillors (members of local government) we then put them on notice that their vote for the approval of the new tower might attract personal responsibility as a result of mis/malfeasance in public office. The success rate so far is high.

I am not an attorney, but I spent 24 years investigating criminal cases, including dozens of murders. I know these people are lawless, but this is clear-cut violation of the 4th Amendment, which covers search and seizure. First, to search any aspect of your body, which includes your bodily fluids by entering it to take a DNA swab, even saliva (unless it is discarded), requires probable cause that you have committed a crime, and that evidence of that crime will be found in your bodily fluids. For example, blood alcohol level or DNA. Also, whenever the government inhibits your freedom of movement, it is a seizure, a lawful kidnapping.
If we broaden the restrictions of the 4th Amendment in criminal investigations to the public health space, I believe the same holds true. First (and I know this is an issue that people absolutely lose their shit over), they should have to prove that there is a sequence of amino acids that are causing the symptoms of the disease. The Rube Goldberg virus cultivation process and in-silico genome modeling doesn’t even pass my probable cause standard. I have examined the evidence for viruses causing diseases from a criminal investigation viewpoint. I would not present the case to a prosecutor.
Second, they should have to prove that my body will reproduce that sequence of amino acids, that I will expel them, and others will also get ill because of it (transmission). This has also never been reliably reproduced in properly structured experiments. The theory of infectious disease transmission is based upon anecdotal evidence. At most it rises to the level of reasonable suspicion, but not to the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt, which is where you had better be if you are going to confine me. There are other potential causes of the symptoms that are dismissed.
Third, they must justify the reasonableness of the severity of their actions commensurate with the severity of my effect on others; they are going to get the sniffles vs. they are going to die. For example, taking a saliva sample isn’t intrusive. Taking a nasal swab is severe and intrusive if done against my will. Seizing my body and placing me in quarantine against my will is extremely severe. If they are going to confine me then they had better prove I am going to kill someone if not separated from the herd.
As a parallel example to illustrate my point regarding the reasonableness of their actions: Sometimes people run red lights and injure or kill others without intent (accidents). Based upon their pandemic response reasoning, no one should be allowed to drive a car, because allowing us to drive sometimes leads to injury and death. Is that reasonable? Obviously not, because they are not doing it.
Remember, the acronym for Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) is pronounced, FAKE. Pandemics, vaccinations, and treating us like cattle is a ritual for these people. They are telling us what they are doing. If we don’t comply, they are powerless.

Katherine, thank you for the case-law citations. I appreciate all your research and your opinion. I read both cases and believe that the principles I explained are still valid. The first case, National Treasury Employees Union vs. Von Raab, concerned drug testing customs personnel who sought promotion to positions where they would be dealing with interdicting narcotics while carrying firearms. The court recognized that the drug testing was protected under the 4th Amendment but cited several reasons why the government interests to have drug-free officers, especially armed officers, outweighed the minor intrusion of a urinalysis. In this case we know that narcotics exist and that they cause impairment. It was also acknowledged that the testing was a condition of promotion, which everyone knew about in advance. There was no requirement to promote, so there was no requirement for testing.
The second case, Skinner vs. Railway Labor Executives’ Association, dealt with drug and alcohol testing of railroad employees after major train accidents. Since the testing was encouraged by the Federal Railroad Authority the courts recognized that it fell under the 4th Amendment. Again, the courts said that the interests of the public and the railroad employees to be safe from drunk and high (paraphrasing) railroad employees outweighed the privacy concerns covered by the 4th Amendment. The mandatory post-accident drug testing was instituted to discourage drug and alcohol use by employees to reduce accidents. I must add though, since it is mandatory as a condition of employment it is covered under the 5th Amendment and the results of that testing would probably not be allowed as evidence in a criminal trial. Any evidentiary testing for criminal prosecution would have to be carried out by law enforcement who would need a warrant if the employee didn’t give consent to submit a sample.
Neither case discussed a criminal penalty because of a positive drug or alcohol test, only that the government was involved in the requirement for the testing, so it fell under the 4th Amendment. In both cases the justification for the violation of the 4th Amendment was public safety, and they weren’t testing just anyone they wanted in the community. They were testing specific people for specific purposes as a condition of employment. Based upon the two cases cited, government encouraged, or government required PCR testing and confinement based upon PCR testing, virology, communicable diseases, and pandemics fall under the 4th Amendment. In my initial comment I argued that the government must first prove the case that there are viruses, that viruses cause disease, that diseases are communicable, and that the communicable disease is so serious that the public safety interest outweighs the rights under the 4th Amendment. But even if the government takes the stance that virology and communicable disease science is settled (which they have), to any rational person it is a huge overreach of government authority to test people and confine them with no proof that they are going to injure others to a degree that warrants such intrusion.

This is exactly what happened in one Canadian province: Quebec. But of course, the world never found out what happened because the mainstream media made sure to never report the story. So here it is: when the vaccine mandates were implemented in Quebec, the nurses got united and said NO! We are not taking the covid shots. The premier of Quebec organized a big press conference and told the mainstream media: we can't afford to fire 25,000 nurses. Because if we do it, our hospitals will collapse. As a result, they withdraw the vaccine mandates for nurses but kept the mandates for everyone else, including children that were in competitive sports. It was horrible.

PCR is FDA approved only for people with symptoms which is why they needed the EUA for this test. Traditional tests like culture require live organism. Sasha, I work for a large commercial lab. They made a lot of money during covid. Maybe you have already written about it, but I still don't know how they got away with all the fake PCR testing. I know about raising the cycle threshold but is there more to it? And I always go back to what Kary Mullis said, "PCR method is not a diagnostic tool"

Interestingly, I work in admin for a national cardiology company and I believe all the Drs were vaxed. They all believed the whole elaborate lie unquestioningly. They are mostly motivated by prestige and $$$. It's quite sickening how keen on the $$$ they are. They are not especially smart on the whole. Clearly I'm smarter than them because I knew it was a psyop from day 1.
Is it possible that the PCR was more accurate in some instances? I worked for an NFL team and prior to the vaccine, we all were tested daily. It was rare to get a false positive. They double tested to make sure. Everyone who tested positive twice were definitely sick with Covid. Then when the vaccine came out, only the players who refused vaccination were tested daily. I didn't take the jab and was forbidden to enter the facility but I could go to player's homes. Nothing was logical.
Everyone who tested positive twice and was ill with symptoms at the time = the test was testing for inflammation-related enzymes. They would have triggered positive on any illness that causes fever (flu, common cold, severe GI poisoning, etc). There is nothing that tests accurately for "covid", and in general, PCR testing is non-diagnostic, it's a lab trick, it's actually a stupid lab trick, but too long to explain here.
Of course, the rest of the answer to the faulty PCR test is that there really is no such thing as a virus, so the test is finding any random string of proteins and calling it positive for a virus. But, most people have been so thoroughly conditioned by pharma and media that even the possibility that they have been misled about the existence of viruses triggers a severe bout of cognitive dissonance, for which we have yet to find a cure.
I can only speak from personal experience. My husband became ill and later that day, I did too. Someone at his work announced a positive Covid test. The day prior to my husband becoming ill, we had a guest and he became ill three days later after returning home. Then a few days after that, his wife and children became ill. We all tested positive for Covid. Me and my husband were taking all the supplements and exercise regularly. We only felt tired. Then after a few days, the neurological symptoms started. We felt depressed, lost our sense of smell for a day and I developed POTS. All symptoms subsided but I have never had neurological symptoms from any kind of cold or flu. Seems like Covid was different. We were sick in February 2021. I'm clairsentient and could feel Covid was not fully natural. It is very unusual for me to ever get sick and despite doing everything right, I still got sick. Something was weird about Covid and I don't want to downplay the significance of something unleashed on us by psychopaths. People are saying that viruses don't exist. Well, something exists and there is a temporal and spacial association.

IMO, it was a lab-produced bacteria, not a "virus." A couple of years ago on a media I can't remember, a Russian source quite simply said it was a bacteria and my entire body like a bolt of lightening said "Yes! That's it." Of course I could be wrong, but consider if you will that most of the recommended remedies, such as antibiotics, Ivermectin, Hydroxichloriquine, etc. are effective against bacteria and parasites, not on so-called "viruses." If that's true then that alone should be an obvious tell. Comments sections have been riddled with bots and clueless "non-conformists" who refuse to accept that some sort of pathogen or poison was released into public environments. Here in the UK a woman was arrested for praying silently in her head. Because she was across the road from an abortion centre. She was arrested, put in a cell, treated badly. As for the misuse of PCR to diagnose COVID infection, Mullis explained, if you run enough cycles, you can find anything you want to find. Over 30 cycles is considered too many for any sort of diagnosis. In the COVID tests 35 to 40 cycles were used. Each cycle doubles the DNA sequence that is being magnified. So, 2 to the 35th power is 34,359,738,368. Or 2 to the 40th power is 1,099,511,627,776. That's over one trillion or a thousand billions!!!
Since the PCR uses material in the sample to construct copies of the DNA sequence that is being looked for (or copied), with enough cycles, and some DNA in the sample, virtually any sequence can be produced. To really understand this you need to know that there are only four different DNA nucleotides that make up all DNA sequences. Each nucleotide is defined by a specific nitrogenous base: adenine (often abbreviated "A" in science writing), thymine (abbreviated "T"), guanine (abbreviated "G"), and cytosine (abbreviated "C"). So, by breaking down random DNA in the sample (which is part of the PCR process), the sequence being looked for can be constructed out of the 4 specific nitrogenous base materials that are found in virtually all DNA samples.
When a small number of cycles are run, it may be possible to infer that a particular sequence actually existed right from the start, but when many cycles are run the chances that random DNA nucleotides have been used to produce the desired sequence becomes more and more difficult to sort out. That's because the PCR machine produces billions or even trillions and there's no way to accurately count them. This is where the false positive creeps in.

In other words... if you took the 26 letters of the alphabet, and re-arranged them into 26-letter sequences a trillion times, odds are good that you would end up with lots of instances of the standard alphabet in the correct order. Correct?
Close but not quite. PCR stands for Polymerase Chain Reaction which is a natural process that's based on splitting a DNA strand into two RNA strands. Each is used to produce a complete DNA strand. The chain reaction is when the RNA (half of a DNA) becomes a complete DNA strand. To do that, free nucleotides from the sample are used. That's the doubling effect. It's a DNA copying machine not a DNA searching device. Each cycle does this again, taking each DNA strand and dividing them into two RNA strands that go on to produce two more DNA strands. Each cycle the number of target DNA strands doubles. The DNA being multiplied, is used in the process, and free nucleotides from the sample are used to make billions of the intended DNA strand. Remember, this machine is designed to make billions of copies in hours. It's not intended for determining if a DNA sequence exists in the sample. In the intended use of the PCR machine a DNA sequence can be multiplied into billions of copies for; evolutionary biology to study minute amounts of DNA extracted from the fossil remains of ancient species; forensic analysis of traces of blood, semen, or strands of hair left at a crime scene; gene sequencing; and in genetic engineering to replicate the gene sequence to be installed by inserting the resulting copies into viruses that are finally injected into the target organism. Therefore, when improperly using the PCR machine, it will use the sample as a source of nucleotides that are then made into the DNA supposedly being looked for. Like I said above, It's a DNA copying machine not a DNA searching device.
Despite all of that, if the sample has lots of exactly what's being copied, then more of it will be produced. Therefore, if a lot is found at the end of the process, that indicates that the sequence already existed in the sample. Still, that's an inappropriate use of the machine that breaks down as more and more cycles produce billions or trillions of copies.

I've worked with US statutes on federal DoD and state national guard "military support of civil authorities" as well as corresponding state laws in a few states. Learned those while working US DoD "support" of local civilian governments during DoD and Homeland Security pandemic field exercises and seen how fast, easy and downright stupidly and lazily virtually *all* local authorities roll over like fluffy dogs to any feds with big cash and big equipment to dole out. Absent a formal declaration of "martial law" at state or federal level, the county sheriffs and city police department are in legal charge NOT any feds (thanks US Constitution's Enumerated Powers clause!) of all public health enforcement such as quarantines, forced testing and forced treatments.
Note: California keeps extending its Drivers Licenses' deadline for "mandatory real i.d." with birth certificates and biometric data. Now effective by 2025, after the November 2024 election of course. Don't get that i.d. until forced!
Avoid any "voluntary" government registration of any food grown at home from chickens and bees to fruit and vegetables.
Patronize more local small meat and egg producers who are less likely to go bankrupt than producers with large livestock numbers culled suddenly by mad cow and avian flu bogus fear-porn testing.

A few more pieces of advice based on non-cooperation first time around:
1. Make sure that you continue exercising outdoors, no matter what the goons say. Test whether they just say it but won't arrest you for going walking, running, cycling etc.
2. Try and find ways to source healthy fruit and vegetables, preferably from regenerative farms in your locality.
3. Stock up on quality meat in your freezer from reputable farms rearing animals ethically.
4. Make a fresh vegetable soup every day, especially for the elderly. Fresh vegetable soups are ideal for easy digestion, efficient absorption of vitamins, minerals etc etc.
5. IF you have apple trees available, acquire a family-sized press and make/consume fresh apple juice whenever they are in season. Firstly it tastes fabulous, secondly, it is very healthy.
6. If you can access 50sqm of growing areas and cultivate it/feed it compost religiously, you will have a source of fresh vegetables almost all the year round in temperate regions (obviously less so if your winter temps drop miles below freezing).
I would also add learn seed propagation techniques so you'll always have food to grow.

Wherever there may be an arguable exercise of power that could be ultra vires, the person making the calls need to be personally addressed. Amongst other avenues, we have done this with 5G towers and local government authorities.
