I coordinate a group of federal civil servants in Canada who have been challenging in court and with grievances the government of Canada's vaccination policy for federal employees, including the ones who work remotely. In a hearing which was held from November 28 to December 2 and which is to be continued, the first government expert witness was Jason Kindrachuk, who happens to be one of the authors of the US Army biological warfare manual. What a coincidence, is it not?

They take the secretions with 'the virus' and propagate it on monkey (VERO) cell mixtures, which means that any virus activity is converted from human to a monkey tropism. In other words, virus from VERO cell culture mixes is, by definition, a monkey virus. If the original secretions were from a 'SARS' patient, then the VERO mix will yield a monkey SARS version of the suspected pathogen.

In 2014, Mr. Kindrachuk was Scientific Lead – Field Diagnostics during the Ebola Virus Disease Outbreak Response Efforts, a joint operation of the CDC and DOD in Monrovia, Liberia.
