If you were caught with your pants down in a highly public place like a restaurant, you'd instantly go into low-profile, close-up mode and look for the exit, fast whilst exposing your identity (face as little as possible). We're asked to believe that this guy is not acting, but he puts his face out at all points of the compass, almost as if he's looking for maximum exposure and face recognition. Which, if my surmise is correct, would fit with this being entirely set up by Project Veritas, in collusion with Pfizer to serve the purpose of distracting from DOD involvement.
