I am sending you details of an ongoing court case in the Netherlands for tort which were initially brought before the Leeuwarden District Court (reference). C/17/190788 and roll number 23/172,
Seventeen defendants, including the State of the Netherlands, Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, (Pfizer) and Mark Rutte, are involved in legal proceedings in connection with this tort.
According to Dutch independent news outlet Zebra Inspiratie, the plaintiffs allege that Gates, through his representatives, deliberately misled them about the safety of the COVID-19 shots, despite knowing “that these injections were not safe and effective.”

I think letters on paper sent recorded delivery are probably the best way of ensuring that an attempt to communicate has at least taken place. Electronic mail is so easily deleted.

We all want to see those responsible for criminal acts prosecuted and sentenced accordingly in criminal courts. Yet ordinary people - like those who are suing the Pfizer CEO, Bill Gates, and the former prime minister of the Netherlands in this case, CANNOT (in an legal system I am aware of) prosecute someone for a crime.
Criminal prosecutions can only be done by government.

In the Netherlands, the judge can refer the civil case to the criminal courts, if they determine crimes have been committed. How can you read ANY of this case, and not see the crimes committed??!! Hopefully, at the conclusion of this civil case, the judge will decide accordingly & allow the criminal courts to investigate & file charges against all the defendants. Indictments may even happen prior to the civil case conclusion. That’s what SHOULD happen.
The Netherland courts are much different than the U.S. courts. This was an excellent choice for bringing this civil case to this smaller city. The media is scarce, but maybe that’s expected anywhere now. Citizens at the first “ open” hearing packed the courtroom and chanted outside, in support of the victims. This case is not going to proceed quietly.

Just received a so-called agreement update from my bank that basically said that if required I would have to provide whatever the feds ask of them including biometric identity. They started off saying they wouldn't mandate it and now this notification.
It is considered a community bank with a few branches. I can't name it for personal reasons but when they first sent out a hint of what was coming I called them and asked if it would be mandatory and they said no. Two weeks later received updated agreements that would be the rules and you'd have to opt out if you didn't agree. Many of my e-mails do not seem to arrive or are automatically blocked. It seems letters and e-mails are scanned by the security services before your MP reads them so there can be no freedom of access directly to one's representative. How can I be sure my letters even arrive on her desk?

I think letters on paper sent recorded delivery are probably the best way of ensuring that an attempt to communicate has at least taken place. Electronic mail is so easily deleted.
Having spoken to my MP, (about the assisted dying Bill) my feeling is that she is wholly unaware of what is going on and cannot perceive the danger of according this regime greater powers over life and death.
They seem to have a gift for selecting MPs who are unaware of what is occurring, maybe because they have been through university, or because of the damage done to their pineal glands by jabs, my previous MP definitely knew what was occurring, like around one hundred others he resigned just before the last election.

We all want to see those responsible for criminal acts prosecuted and sentenced accordingly in criminal courts. Yet ordinary people - like those who are suing the Pfizer CEO, Bill Gates, and the former prime minister of the Netherlands in this case, CANNOT (in an legal system I am aware of) prosecute someone for a crime.
Criminal prosecutions can only be done by government.
Criminal penalties may include paying restitution to the victim(s) of a convicted criminal, though the amounts recovered are often a fraction of the actual cost of harm or damage to the victim/s, and do not cover all harms. Typically criminal penalties include jail sentences and fines paid to the government.
Civil cases can be filed against wrongdoers - criminals - by anyone or any group of people who have been harmed by the wrongful or criminal actions of someone, or some corporation, to be compensated for the harm / violation of their rights.
Civil penalties do not include jail sentences; only compensation or other "relief" awarded to the plaintiff/s who filed the lawsuit.
Civil suits provide a way for the people to seek some justice even when the government is not prosecuting someone or some corporation - actually the people hiding behind a corporate charter - for the crime that harmed them.
We NEED the "civil suit paradigm".

In the Netherlands, the judge can refer the civil case to the criminal courts, if they determine crimes have been committed. How can you read ANY of this case, and not see the crimes committed??!! Hopefully, at the conclusion of this civil case, the judge will decide accordingly & allow the criminal courts to investigate & file charges against all the defendants. Indictments may even happen prior to the civil case conclusion. That’s what SHOULD happen.
The Netherland courts are much different than the U.S. courts. This was an excellent choice for bringing this civil case to this smaller city. The media is scarce, but maybe that’s expected anywhere now. Citizens at the first “ open” hearing packed the courtroom and chanted outside, in support of the victims. This case is not going to proceed quietly.
I’m so proud of Sasha & the other expert witnesses for their courage & conviction. The judge sees through all the distractions by defendants & their numerous attorneys. Bill Gates had 7, at one point. 😮 Lots
of power & money represented in those court documents. Yet the case keeps moving forward & the judge is still alive & courageously willing to get to the outcome. Just received a so-called agreement update from my bank that basically said that if required I would have to provide whatever the feds ask of them including biometric identity. They started off saying they wouldn't mandate it and now this notification.

It is considered a community bank with a few branches. I can't name it for personal reasons but when they first sent out a hint of what was coming I called them and asked if it would be mandatory and they said no. Two weeks later received updated agreements that would be the rules and you'd have to opt out if you didn't agree. I'm sure banks are being bullies and they are use scare mongering on cyber attack threats, etc. to get them to comply. Am considering a credit union but will that make a difference? I doubt it.
the last two weeks (take note substackers) substack insisted on my , as an Australian, doing the Age Verification to login, and also to view specific comments there ( Donald Jeffries I protest , his previous post) (so that implies to me that substack is using AI to screen individual comments that are deemed inappropriate for minors)... today those restrictions were not present. will they get a hefty fine now from the Australian Government? ( if a kid can actually read, they are adult enough for this stuff to my mind)
this is how it works, softly, velvet gloved, mandatory/voluntary with NO accountability and the government can disclaim blame, it was the organisation/companies that did the enforcing. that is how they got so many people jabbed.
