Maybe someone can explain to me what has happened to the legal profession. It seems to have gone completely off the rails. Rational thought should be a given--one of the foundations--should it not? It is understable why you would continue to persecute Dr. Charles Hoffe, yet I would like you to remember that a) he was 100% correct, b) the Public has become aware of the DANGERS of the mRNA injections and the tsunami of UNHEARD of before medical conditions, such as "DIED SUDDENLY" or "TURBO Cancers" following the forced, i.e.: "mandated" injections, contrary to the well established Nuremberg Code rules, and c) Nuremberg 2.0 WILL occur in not that distant of a future.

I live in BC and am aware of quite a few doctors who have been and still are persecuted for refusing or speaking out against the ‘spike’. I also know a few doctors personally who chose to believe the lies about the safety of the spike. Our friendships are still broken. We who refused the vaccine became the pariahs of society and were treated as the Jews were in Hitler’s days. The draconian mandates divided the country.
The people who run this province and country are godless Marxists without a conscience and are still insisting on vaccines in certain educational institutions. As well we are still required to clad our faces in masks of any sort when entering hospitals and other medical facilities . There are no biohazard bins in which to dispose of the virus-laden masks. It’s all about controlling the masses!
If he could mount a proper defense then he could show Pfizer’s own data that had 1,223 deaths in just 90 days after they got their vaccine approved and people started getting it. And they’re 9 pages of adverse reactions.
The espionage act in America doesn’t allow people to have a defense either. Hopefully the judge sees through the prosecution’s nonsense.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Dr. Hoffe for a speedy resolution to the legal side of the matter. I’m hopeful that in the end, “they” will stop pulling scapegoats to cover their evil- doings and realize- that the TRUTH is at hand. I have been watching, with growing concern and horror, at the systemic attack on physicians in Canada and the United States by the very colleges that should be lionizing and feting them. The physicians, in both countries, have a great deal in common: they used their training in the art and science of medicine to advise their patients to the best of their ability and in the best interests of their patients.
Not a single complaint from a patient has been filed against any of these physicians (Dr. Hoffe included). No violation of law or medical ethics has been found. The spurious federal and non-governmental policies on the mRNA injections have been ignored by ethical physicians in favor of a patients health and well-being.
The rather obvious and corrupt kowtowing to the federal government, the public health agencies and the pharmaceutical companies is shredding to tatters the remaining goodwill and respect that the public has for the CPSBC. This disciplinary panel is corrupt to its core.
The very notion that Judicial Review is being applied to a disciplinary Panel, in essence making the scientifically and medically unsupported claims of the CPSBC on the mRNA injections ("vaccines") as uncontestably true, smacks of a kangaroo court.
I would urge the CPSBC to reverse the use of Judicial Review and stand on the merits of the facts! Is the CPSBCs case so weak that it needs to resort to procedural tricks? It must be so and therefore the CPSBC MUST stop this disciplinary Panel and find in favor of Dr. Hoffe.
Will do. Same BS case (playbook) against Dr. Hoffe, no patient complaints, just another witch hunt to send a message to any other doctors that dared to look at the evidence of risks and benefits , and treatment options critically and put his patients first.
