I found the name, "Viruses, Serums, Toxins, Antitoxins, and Analogous Products Act (U.S. Code 21 U.S.C. § 151–159)" Often abbreviated VSTA.
"Regulates the manufacture, sale, bartering, exchange, or shipment of viruses, serums, toxins, antitoxins, and similar biological products intended for use in animals to ensure they are safe, pure, and effective."
"Enacted in 1913 primarily to protect farmers and livestock producers from harmful or worthless biological products (e.g., bad vaccines and serums)."
Interesting that doctors are not taught the drug licensing process. An unsettling concept, considering that neither are they taught the scientific process by which "drugs" are developed.
In Big Pharma, we were told repeatedly that doctors were our primary customers. So, medical schools graduate credentialed and revered individuals who know little regarding their primary role in so-called health care.
A corollary of that concept- considering even industry types acknowledge over 100,000 Americans die from legal medication each year, an updated meme might reclassify the "drinking water pipe," instead, as the "contaminated water pipe." And, yes, EUA as sewage.
