The portrait of Danielle Alvarez is absolutely beautiful. For readers who may be unfamiliar with the "situation" faced by Danielle's parents: https://deathbyhospitalprotocol.com/about-us/

A full rescission of the PREP Act could be initiated by Robert Kennedy Jr as current head of Health and Human Services via simple notice and signature. His hesitancy reeks of obfuscation and cowardice. As it stands, he remains an Accessory After the Fact for thousands of deaths and mutilations via medical services...

My compliments Sasha for the stunning portrait.

This appears to be a very well constructed rescission of the most egregious sections of the PREP Act and related legislation. My compliments to Paul Gosar (R-AZ) as original cosponsor, and Thomas Massie for their efforts. It would appear both parties are well apprised of the illegal and unconstitutional nature of the PREP "Act"... That said:

Perhaps legislators would be more believable or effective, if they'd *actually read* and comprehend the intended consequence of 18 U.S. Code § 175 - Prohibitions with respect to biological weapons and the definitions section included within 18 U.S. Code § 178 - Definitions...

Seems the only 'laws' the judiciary supports are those that protect corporate investors and corporate syndicates from prosecutions for Racketeering and Fraud... Ah well...

Ah well...we can't really expect a pack of wolves in a den of thieves, to respect our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We can get rid of the wolves and the thieves, or go on suffering and dying until we do.

Our choice.

Unless we fox-proof the chicken coop, we are going to keep on losing chickens!

One day the light might dawn, that the wolves built the chicken coop!

So they could enjoy an endless supply of fresh eggs and meat!

Camelot flies the flags of freedom, peace and prosperity.

Camelot is not what it appears to be.

So the same people that signed off on the prep are now going to repeal it! Sure. The same people that exempted themselves and their families from the poison dart’s because it’s super safe, effective, and life saving. The same people that take pharma $ to push the jabs! Like they’re going to repeal the gravy train! 👍

I'm not expecting them to repeal the PREP ACT because as I used to say starting around 2020

I have now officially reached Peak Soviet

It is akin to Zen. A state of mind if you will. But different.

Meaning, I no longer trust ANYTHING from the government

Before 2020 I trusted far too much. Got in to discussions with my much smarter than me colleague when he insisted 9/11 was an inside job and probably a controlled demolition. Much as I respected him I just wrote him off as perhaps a bit too "out there". You know, off the reservation. But I never lost respect for him. Still was and always be one of the smarter people I've known. But you know, if people get too smart they get kooky, ... don't they??? If nothing else I had the "they wouldn't do that would they?" flaw that prevented me from realizing "Oh yes they would!"

Shared the disease with many others. Perhaps the majority of my demographic. That's what happens when you grow up in safe neighborhoods where doors weren't locked and every older person could be your grandmother, uncle, aunt or grandfather. That can happen when you're surrounded by honesty and decency. You have a problem, you trust too much.

But not anymore! They finally cured me. Peak Soviet from now to the finish line. Trust? What is that? Trust the government? You have to be kidding me.

You'd think that most of us would have learned when they sent back 58k+ of our friends and relatives from Vietnam and said "it's to stop the Domino Theory". Funny. Those domino's fell anyway, often with our assistance. But COVID finally did it. It was not the wars we fought. It was the war launched against all of us that finally proved curative for some hard "trust too much" cases like me. No problem with too much trust anymore.

So until I'm proven wrong which I hope will be the case I'm looking at this as the Weasel Exposure Bill. They'll find a way to not bring it to the floor. Or bring it to the floor and mostly vote to repeal the PREP ACT but some how the essence of the PREP ACT will remain. Trillions and lots of control depend on it.

It should be good theater.

So I am optimistic and encouraged. We need to expose the WEASELS. If this bill accomplishes that it is a step in the right direction. But the PREP ACT?? Yeah, at the end of the theater it will probably remain standing. Even if they say "we repealed it". It will probably remain in force. Hope I am wrong.

I don't want another 9/11 just to re-instate the PREP ACT.

I am an optimistic realist.

My hope is not in people.

But in the One who created them.

Some say the One does not exist.

The other one does not exist either.

"They" created both to deceive us!

To pit us all against each other.

Keep us all distracted from the real agenda.

I think the Truth can be known.

If one persists and perseveres long enough.

I'm on the same path except I'm not optimistic or encouraged. These gargantuan Acts are so twisted and entwined in the law, across multiple agencies, the only recourse we have for real change is the one given us by the Constitution. Massie is on his own (not forgetting he mysteriously lost/cost his wife) and reminds me of "Mr. Smith Goes To Washington." It's all so terribly tragic.

Expand full comment
RAY FALCIOLA's avatar

I just recently heard Massie's wife had long had cancer. Was wondering about that myself. I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he's old school and honorable enough not to try and make political hay out of his wife's death. Also not to air that which is private much as we all want to know. Refreshing departure from the modern norms. It is so counter the social media privacy-exposing diarrhea of the modern area that I respect it. Till he gives me good cause I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I admit that I am VERY conflicted about "standing on principle" rather than standing on practicality even when you know "your principles" deliver victories to the enemy. Massie seems like a "stand on principle" guy and I respect people like that even when I want to wring their necks. On a given day at a given moment you could probably flip a coin and I might find myself standing hard ass on principle and in the next breath thinking "we have to be practical here and principle is only going to strengthen the opposition". It is a tough one and I think people who actually think beyond "what's in it for me? and Are there any freebies?" think about it.

Usually when I pretend to be "optimistic" it is parody weak attempt at dark humor ... because I'm not very optimistic even if I let that word slip

So support the Expose the Weasels Bill. It is the closest we may get to repealing the PREP ACT.

Seeds's avatar

Nah let's be optimistic!

Go for repeal of the PREP ACT!

Repeal of the government if necessary!

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are worth fighting for!

I already forgot where I heard it. It was in the last few days.

I believe (but am not ready to guarantee) I heard it somewhere in a YouTube interview of John Kiriakou by Danny Jones' podcast which my YouTube history says I listened to a few days ago. John Kiriakou was the wrongfully convicted and jailed ex CIA agent who was released not so long ago. Not sure if it was a pardon, good behavior or what. At any rate he is engaging to listen to and knows A LOT about a lot of things in the deep state and intelligence world.

It is a long interview which I enjoyed watching but don't at this moment have time to review it to confirm that is where I heard about Massie's wife's health issue. BUT I KNOW I HEARD IT RECENTLY. I had been curious myself about her so it stuck in my head. Below are the details.

If you watch it and there is no mention of Massie's wife in that 2+ hours you have my permission to mutter curses at me. It is very therapeutic and better than conventional therapy 😁😁😁

On the other hand if you watch it and done not get self actualized with the semi-promised information my defense is there are worse things one can do with 2 hours. So not a total waste. At least not as bad as stealth injecting death on millions and not even going "oops sorry". But instead sticking with "Safe and effective"

Massie may be solid gold.

There is war by total assault and by incremental assault.

Three judges assent - two dissent - keeps the people hopeful.

Four judges assent - one dissents - there is still hope.

Five judges assent - no dissent - the people are shocked.

Tactical warfare.

The moral, responsible minority will hold their ground.

The rest can be nudged in the desired direction by subtle coercion.

Or beaten into submission with the blunt batons of social engineering.

If the government is built on moral corruption and criminal violence, then the judiciary must be enlisted to legalise moral corruption and criminal violence.
