Due Diligence and Art: Pandemic Preparedness Racket and DOD

Update on Watts v. DOD, the only PREP Act case filed in DC in over 20 years.

This is a very important lawsuit, and I have written about it previously:

To recap the case history, the case was funded by Children’s Health Defense. , the outside counsel for CHD filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the DOD and Lloyd Austin III in his official capacity as defense secretary, alleging that the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” by continuing to exclusively allow distribution of the stockpiled version of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that had been authorized for emergency use even after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to a different vaccine, Comirnaty.

The complaint stated that the DOD engaged in ‘bait and switch’ fraud,” misleading the public that Comirnaty “approval” meant that the Emergency Use authorized injections were the same and thus “safe and effective”. The vast majority of the public, including health professionals today do not understand the distinction and do not know that the injections administered to the public are still only EUA. No approved versions have ever been made available. Also, very few people realize that both EUA and BLA versions are “countermeasures”. In November 2021, a federal judge rejected a DOD claim that the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine and the fully approved Comirnaty vaccine were “interchangeable.” As a result, George Watts Jr. was misled into taking the investigational vaccine which lead to his death from myocarditis.

The suit was dismissed by a federal judge on September 24, 2024, ruling that the federal government enjoys sovereign immunity, which protects it from lawsuits. […] According to the ruling, the PREP Act does not revoke the sovereign immunity of the government or federal agencies, but “explicitly preserves it.”

However, turns out that the judge improperly dismissed the case. Since it is the only PREP case ever filed, the DC local rules did not take into account that PREP requires automatic assignment to a 3 judge panel. The District Court never ruled on the substantive issues.

Watts v. DOD asks that one provision of the PREP Act be severed (Sovereign immunity). The PREP Act makes the Govt. a covered person and then cuts off all other causes of action, venues, and sets up an impossible and unconstitutional standard for willful misconduct. If the Govt. were truly sovereign, they would not need to be listed as a covered person. But since they are, PREP subjects them to liability.

Due to the Judge's lack of authority to dismiss, Plaintiff filed a Rule 60 Motion seeking relief due to a judicial mistake (a lone judge lacks jurisdiction under the PREP Act). Counsel asked the Court to vacate the Order to Dismiss, reopen the case, and immediately assign a three-judge panel as the PREP Act requires from the outset.

The PREP Act grants exclusive jurisdiction to three-judge panel considering motions to dismiss:

42 U.S. Code § 247d–6d (e)(5) provides: "Three-judge court Any action under subsection (d) shall be assigned initially to a panel of three judges. Such panel shall have jurisdiction over such action for purposes of considering motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and matters related thereto."

Normally, a single judge may conduct all proceedings except trial and enter all orders permitted by the rules of civil procedure. That autonomy is precisely what the PREP Act prohibits.

On May 21, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal. The DC Circuit Court is holding the case in abeyance pending resolution in the district court. I am happy this case is still ongoing and I pray for justice. I will provide more updates as I hear about future developments.

Bombshell: Dutch Government Admits It is Obligated to Follow a Secret NATO Agenda

One of my readers kindly forwarded this article from a Dutch newspaper written by Eric van de Beek. It reveals an acknowledgement by the Dutch Government that they are captured by NATO military objectives, described as “Resilience Goals” via classified agreements and secret commitments. These goals include “pandemics”, public health in general, climate and many other items which we collectively recognize as “Agenda 2030”.

The resilience goals are only discussed in general terms on the NATO website. Nothing is said about the interpretation of the goals. Nowhere on the NATO website is a signature of Rutte or other then heads of state or government. NATO's press information stated to De Andere Krant that the document on the basis of which the Netherlands and other NATO member states pursue a resilience policy is ‘classified ’ (classified). It's secret. NATO cannot and should not say anything about it, and neither can the governments of the NATO member states.
The cabinet now recognizes this. In response to questions from Member of Parliament Ralf Dekker of FVD, Agema, also on behalf of Prime Minister Dick Schoof, wrote in a letter of 2 June: “The fact that the Netherlands committed itself to these objectives through NATO can be found in the Vilnius Summit Communist. The Navo Resilience Objectivesare displayed in an underlying document that is not public. ... The resilience goals are guidelines for member states, each country is responsible for implementing this through national policy. The NATO resilience targets have been developed by departments under the coordination of the NCTV. Partly on the basis of this, objectives have been formulated in the cabinet-wide parliamentary letter on resilience to military and hybrid threats that your Chamber received in December. The next step is to work towards implementation plans. A second parliamentary letter will follow later this year, containing the cabinet's first concrete policy commitment to increase resilience. ... International cooperation is essential to respond to threats from Russia, China and Iran, among others. NATO's top priority is credible deterrence and collective defense. ”
Pepijn van Houwelingen who previously asked questions about the mystery surrounding the NATO truthfulness goals speaks of a “huge black hole in our democracy ”. He emphasizes that NATO's resilience goals are not limited to military matters, but include many policy areas such as climate and public health. In principle, any ministry can have to deal with it. With a cabinet that carries out a secret agenda, the House of Representatives is insufficiently able to carry out its controlling task, says Van Houwelingen. He promises to set “a battery of follow-up questions ”. Other parties in the House of Representatives have so far been silent on the subject. FVD has twice requested a debate, but this was not supported by other parties in the Chamber.

This dossier was originally published on February 4, 2025, the 5 year anniversary of the start of the global war on the people under pretenses of a fabricated “health” crisis. We have received a lot of feedback and additional information from all over the world. Big thanks to those who commented and provided references to the global military coordination. I am republishing the updated dossier.

Editorial note - my readers know that I have been vocal about covid as military operation since early 2022. I personally arrived at the conclusion that the massive harm from the covid shots and other government “pandemic response” measures was fully intentional. For purposes of this dossier, which Debbie and I disseminated to many other journalists and independent researchers, our aim was to remove any personal opinion and leave a dry, fact-only record. The readers can draw their own conclusions from this set of facts.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Covid Dossier is a compilation of the evidence we have amassed over the last three years supporting the following claim:

Covid was not a public health event, although it was presented as such to the world’s population. It was a global operation, coordinated through public-private intelligence and military alliances and invoking laws designed for CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) weapons attacks.

The Dossier contains information regarding the military/intelligence coordination of the Covid biodefense response in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and more. For some countries we have extensively documented information. For others, we have some documentation of military/intelligence involvement, but not all the details. For as many countries as possible, we list the military/intelligence agencies in charge of their country’s Covid response; dates on which emergency declarations were made in each country; military/intelligence-related agencies and bodies in charge of censorship/propaganda; and top people with military/intelligence jobs who were known or reported to hold leadership positions in the response. We also list connections to global governing bodies, including the EU and UN/WHO, through which the response was coordinated. In the final section, we include a list of military/intelligence/biodefense alliances that provide multinational frameworks for responding to a bioterror/bioweapons attack.

By providing all of this information in one place, we hope to dispel the notion that Covid was a public health event, managed independently by each country’s public health agencies, with some limited, logistically focused military involvement. We also hope to drive home the shocking realization that not only were military and intelligence agencies in charge of Covid in all of these countries, but the response to what was represented as a public health crisis was coordinated through military alliances, including NATO.

This should be the subject of front-page news everywhere.

We are calling on investigators, whistleblowers, and anyone with information related to this topic to contact us and/or publish the information so that we can continue to construct the full picture of what happened to the world starting in early 2020 and continuing to this day.

HOW IT STARTED: FIVE YEARS AGO TODAY

Exactly five years ago, on February 4th, 2020, two things happened that almost nobody knows about, but that played an important role in the course of recent world history:

1) Two declarations for CBRN (weapons of mass destruction) emergencies – EUA and PREP Act – made by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, were registered on this date. [ref][ref]

EUA stands for Emergency Use Authorization. Legally, EUA powers are intended for situations of grave, immediate emergencies involving weapons of mass destruction. They allow for the use of countermeasures against CBRN (chemical, biological, nuclear or radiological) agents without the regulatory oversight intended to ensure safety and efficacy, because the immediate threat of a CBRN attack is deemed so much greater than any potential risks caused by the countermeasures.[ref] The PREP Act is the legal indemnity granted to anyone involved in using an EUA countermeasure, because if a weapon of mass destruction is involved, the risk of the CBRN attack is so great that no one should face legal consequences for potential collateral damage caused by using unregulated countermeasures.

In order to activate EUA, the law requires “A determination by the Secretary of HHS that there is a public health emergency… that involves a CBRN agent or agents, or a disease or condition that may be attributable to such agent(s). [ref] So when the EUA was officially activated on February 4, 2020, it was in essence a declaration of a state of emergency involving weapon(s) of mass destruction.

This PREP Act Public Health Emergency declaration has been repeatedly renewed and is currently in effect through December 31, 2029.

2) A pharmaceutical executive was caught on tape saying that the U.S. Department of Defense called to inform him “that the newly discovered Sars-2 virus posed a national security threat.” [ref]

It is important to note that on February 4, 2020, there were fewer than a dozen confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus disease (later called Covid-19) in the US, and zero deaths. Worldwide, the death count was fewer than 500. There was nothing about the virus, at least as it was presented publicly, that would make anyone believe it posed a threat to national security.

These two events are remarkable for several reasons:

They indicate that the beginnings of Covid were rooted in national security machinations, not public health considerations.
They also strongly suggest that the deployment of the EUA “medical countermeasures” under Public Health Emergency declaration was officially launched at a time when an emergency, much less a national or a global one, could not possibly be determined. No public health parameters justifying that a novel virus posed a “threat to national security” existed at the time of the EUA and PREP Act declarations.

Thus, on this day five years ago, a military CBRN countermeasure deployment campaign was officially launched against a poorly defined illness that was alleged to have killed a few hundred people worldwide.

Within six weeks of this date, in order to ensure a market for the countermeasures (among other aims), the lockdown-until-vaccine response – which is a military/counterterrorism plan and has nothing to do with public health [ref] – went into effect all over the world.

WHY THIS INFORMATION IS CRUCIAL

It is crucially important to understand that Covid was a globally coordinated response, based on legal frameworks intended for biodefense/biowarfare situations. The attack that initiated the global Covid response could have been real, perceived or invented – regardless of the trigger, the lockdown-until-vaccine paradigm originated in the military/intelligence biodefense playbook, not in any scientifically based or epidemiologically established public health plan.[ref]

This means that nothing about the response – masking, distancing, lockdowns, vaccines – was part of a public health plan to respond to a disease outbreak. Rather, every aspect of the response was intended to induce public panic in order to gain compliance with biodefense operations, culminating with the injection of unregulated mRNA products, which were legally treated as biodefense military countermeasures (MCMs), into billions of human beings.

Who ordered and directed these operations? Who benefited from them? Who was and still is covering them up? We have been investigating these questions for the last several years, and we hope many who read this will join us moving forward.

CALL TO ACTION

Most journalists in both corporate and alternative spaces are either unaware or unwilling to cover the military/intelligence/biodefense/global coordination aspects of Covid. We need to change that.

Covid Dossier: Spain, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey & Switzerland

For these countries, we have some information regarding military and intelligence roles in each country’s pandemic response:

The Spanish army was deployed in March and April of 2020, and again in September, when the army started enforcing coronavirus lockdown restrictions in Madrid. [ref] By October 2020, the military was tasked with track-and-trace of "cases" [ref]
In Austria, Major General Rudolf Striedinger was co-leader of the national Covid crisis coordination (GECKO) [ref]
In Portugal, a COVID-19 Vaccination Plan Task Force was set up by the Portuguese government on November 23, 2020, by joint order (despacho) of the Minister of National Defense, João Gomes Cravinho, the Minister of Internal Administration, Eduardo Cabrita, and the Minister of Health, Marta Temido. [ref] It was initially led by Francisco Ramos, former Secretary of State for Health, but he was replaced in February 2021 by vice-admiral Henrique de Gouveia e Melo, a naval officer who was already part of the task force. [ref]
In Ireland, a Joint Task Force (JTF) was established under Operation FORTITUDE in March 2020 to coordinate the contribution of the Defense Forces to the whole-of-Government COVID-19 response, [ref] commanded by Brigadier General Kevin Campion. [ref]
In Slovakia, in October/November 2020, The Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic was entrusted with the task of coordinating and managing operation “Joint Responsibility,” the main goal of which was to conduct nationwide testing of 5.5 million people. [ref]
In Hungary, as reported in July 2020, Prime Minister Viktor Orban had put Hungary’s security forces front and centre of the fight against the novel coronavirus, with police officials chairing daily press conferences, military commanders assigned to head major hospitals and military advisers deployed in key strategic companies to ensure their smooth running. [ref]
In Turkey, as reported in 2024, the Ministry of Health worked closely with the Ministry of Interior, which oversees the paramilitary Gendarmerie General Command, to coordinate the implementation of measures to battle the pandemic. Externally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spearheaded the use of the Turkish military, because of its organizational capacity, to help produce, transport, and distribute aid to foreign nations. This deployment of hard power through the quasi-military gendarmerie and the regular army allowed President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to demonstrate his willingness to participate in alliances… [ref]
In Switzerland: Switzerland is not a NATO country, but nevertheless, its military participated and coordinated the covid and mRNA vaccine-related campaign, just like we observed in most other countries of the world. The Swiss army chief, Thomas Süssli [ref], signed some of the purchasing agreements with the "vaccine" manufacturers. But in all actuality, those were signed by Divisionär (equivalent to Major General) Andreas Stettbacher, Former Chief Medical Officer of the Swiss Armed Forces and Federal Delegate for the Coordination of the Medical Service. During the COVID-19 crisis, Andreas Stettbacher played a key role in the national pandemic response, including the procurement of COVID-19 vaccines. He was part of the federal coordination team and worked closely with various authorities on:
- Medical logistics
- Vaccine procurement contracts
- Coordination with pharmaceutical companies (e.g., Pfizer, Moderna)
- Strategic health planning during the declared "health emergency"
He was also involved in the Swiss COVID Taskforce and contributed to decisions on vaccine rollout and stockpiling.

On March 16, 2020, the Federal Council declared the “extraordinary situation” according to the Epidemics Act from midnight to April 19, 2020. All shops (except groceries), markets, restaurants, bars and entertainment and leisure facilities had to remain closed and a ban was in effect for private and public events. [ref]

Note that Divisionär (2 star general) Andreas Stettbacher, former Chief Medical Officer of the Swiss Armed Forces was removed from his position following internal controversy and public scrutiny during the COVID-19 response. However, he challenged the dismissal legally and, as a result of that process, was reinstated.

Covid Dossier: Latin America

In Brazil, as reported in July, 2020: General Eduardo Pazuello, “a military general with no experience, remains health minister.” Furthermore, since Pazuello took over the Ministry of Health, “at least 25 members of the military have been appointed, most with no public health experience. Many criticize the government for pushing technical knowledge aside by appointing military personnel.” [ref]
In Chile, on March 18, 2020, a public state of exception [emergency] was declared. as reported by the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) in October 20201, “military forces have had a key and outsized role in Chile’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The state of exception allowed the President to appoint 16 “Chiefs of National Defence” (Jefes de la Defensa Nacional), one in each region of the country. These Chiefs, who are high-ranking military officials, had extensive powers in their designated regions, including powers more appropriately held by public health experts in the context of public health emergency such as the one brought about by COVID-19.” [ref]
In Peru, on April 1, 2020, with a reported total of 30 deaths and 1,065 infections attributed to the novel coronavirus, the military called up its reservists for the first time in the country’s history. As reported by AP “Peru had never called up reservists, not even during the internal armed conflict with the Shining Path terrorist group between 1980 and 2000 or during the cholera outbreak in 1991.” [ref]

Sri Lanka, as reported in April 2023, extensively used its military and intelligence agencies for pandemic control during the COVID-19 crisis. [ref]
In the Philippines, as reported in July 2021, starting in March 2020 “the government adopted a militarized approach in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic whose council is predominantly a group of former military officers.” [ref]
In Indonesia, according to one report, the government “involved the military institution in responding to the emerging outbreak.... This therefore involved the creation of COVID-19 task force consisting mostly of military personnel.” [ref]

Rabies Recipes: How sane doctors were defeated by the insane scientists 140 years ago.

True cases of rabies disease are vanishingly rare. Rabies can ONLY be diagnosed post-mortem, and ONLY by fraudulent never validated non-diagnostic lab testing methods where decaying brain cells are mixed with numerous cytotoxic chemicals, no controls are used, and causation claimed from microscopy images of the resultant products of cell death. CDC claims fewer than 10 human cases a year, in a population of 330M, and of course, has never provided any details nor independent verification of this claim. Do you trust CDC? I don’t. They are proven liars. As of recent statistics, over 70% of Americans don’t trust CDC either.

In the book “Pasteur and Rabies”, published in 1890, available here, the author, Dr. Thomas Dolan writes about ludicrous claims by Louis Pasteur and his “murderous” treatments for rabies (at the time the disease was called hydrophobia and was a different illness vs what is called rabies today). Dr. Dolan noted that rampant mistreatment of dogs was the primary cause of dog bites which could result in hydrophobia in some small % of cases. He had treated hundreds of dog bite patients in his medical practice (in the late 1800’s), without any “inoculations” and has not had any deaths from hydrophobia. In the Preface to his book, Dr. Dolan published a letter written to him by Professor Peter, a member of the French Academy of Medicine, citing the near non-existence of rabies illness at that time (same as today):

He then described how the mortality from rabies increased (instead of diminishing) in France due to the “treatments” pushed by Pasteur. As is typical with all “vaccines”, the cases of illness and deaths post vaccine rollout increased, and additionally, a new disease presentation developed - the vaccine-induced paralytic rabies. The letter also mentions the case of Lord Doneraile who died as a result of Paster’s administering his injected rabies treatment. Pasteur claimed that the injection was administered too late and the patient died because of rabies. This strategy of denying deaths from “vaccines” has been used by the public health officials and doctors ever since.

Pasteur and other zealous vaccinators not only induced new, more dangerous versions of rabies illness, but also killed animals with other botched attempts at vaccination, such as the anthrax “preventative” (anthrax is “charbon” in French):

Dr. Dolan also points to fallacious statistics adopted by Pasteur and by the British and French medical authorities - pre-supposing ALL dogs involved in biting to be rabid (other than normal but mistreated animals).

This exact fallacious assumption is used by the CDC and WHO today, assuming ALL dogs and cats are rabid and mandating rabies vaccines on pets at least every other year. Despite constantly jabbing all pets (presumably they are “vaccinated”, right?) they still fear monger and push unnecessary and inherently dangerous post-bite injections on anyone who gets bitten, regardless of the bite severity and regardless of whether the animal in question is rabid (remember, they also claim that this can only be “diagnosed” post-mortem).

Dr. Dolan’s book provides carefully collected statistics on annual rabies mortality in France in the years before and after Pasteur started “inoculations”, i.e. post bite injections with concoctions derived from the spinal cords of rabbits. The statistics demonstrated that after Pasteur’s magic juice, the mortality in the “vaccinated” increased!

At the same time, Pasteur and the medical authorities made fantastical claims about “saving thousands of lives”! We hear this statement about all vaccines all the time, don’t we? Now we know the original author of it. It will come as no surprise to you that among statistical “modeling” techniques utilized by Pasteur was wild exaggeration of the risk of death from the rabies illness. A hospital in Moscow which took care to only compile cases of bites where the dog was definitely determined “rabid” (i.e. ill with the CNS system involvement) published that the total mortality was only about 1.35% (8 deaths from 591 cases of bites). Including bites from other animals such as wolves, the mortality was possibly up to 4% but the wounds were more severe as well. In cases of symptomatic hydrophobia illness post-bite, the available statistics indicated about 15% death rate, however, not all cases of bites were equally likely to progress to death. Large bites to the head were much more dangerous than to other parts of the body, and bites through clothing were the least dangerous at 0.6% mortality rate (possibly, because the saliva carrying proteins was absorbed by the clothing).

The total mortality from rabies for the whole country of France normally ranged from 10-20 deaths/year before Pasteur’s poisoning campaign. Pasteur, without any basis, claimed that rabies was 65%-93% lethal for purposes of supporting his claims of life saving vaccines! After his rabbit juice went into wide use, the deaths started climbing to 30-40/year, and thousands of dogs were claimed to be rabid. His project should have been named Operation Death Star. The rest is history. We are still living it… the contemporary medical literature claims that symptomatic hydrophobia/rabies is 100% lethal!

Here is another pearl from “science” about “rabies virus - see paper here:

Sometimes paralytic rabies is caused by the rabies “inoculations”, and sometimes healthy animal bites produce rabies illness. Shut up and trust the science!

Does unique rabies illness exist? Of course, animal bites carrying certain proteins/toxins (e.g. from an animal feeding on carrion, raw sewage, etc.) CAN cause blood poisoning and symptomatic illness. Remember that Charles Richet demonstrated that even benign food proteins can be toxic or lethal if they reach the blood stream directly via injection! The proteins carried in the saliva of a biting animal can in some cases reach the spinal cord and brain, especially if delivered to the head, and can cause the Central Nervous System (CNS) disease which can manifest with symptoms ascribed to the rabies illness. The biting animal doesn’t have to be ill at all for this to happen! The proteins in their saliva are not “viruses”, they are parts of the food being eaten and generally pose no danger as long as they go through the digestive system. Wild animals like racoons and foxes fight over food, and bite each other, often aiming at the head and neck area, so it is possible that proteins from saliva can reach the brain in some cases. That’s how even a benign protein becomes dangerous - by getting injected directly into the blood/cerebral fluid. The stress and aggression may play a role too! It is possible that under conditions of extreme stress, saliva is “modified” by the stress hormones, and becomes “venomous” to some extent. However, none of this means there is a special “rabies virus”!

Dr. Dolan stated that no special microbe was isolated at the time Pasteur made his voodoo soup from the spinal cords of rabbits. None was properly isolated since, and pictures from the electron microscopy of the cytopathic cell effects today are not a replacement for the proof of causation. Viral causation of this illness has never been established by the scientific method with proper controls. Blood/cerebral fluid poisoning by toxic foreign proteins and/or modified by stress hormones can provide just as valid explanation for this extremely rare illness.

In fact, the injection of foreign proteins into the brain is the only method by which the virologists produce “rabies virus” in the lab!

Because rabies virus is as common in nature as Chupacabra, what are the professional poisoners (aka virologists/vaccinologists) to do? But of course! They manufacture it.

One of the papers included by Katherine in her article was titled “A Mouse Test for Measuring the Immunizing Potency of Antirabies Vaccines” (published in 1939). True to the virology narrative, the authors state that it is difficult to obtain this rare virus, so they are describing a reliable method of manufacturing it. As a reminder, the original meaning of the word “virus” = “toxin” or “poison”. So, what these writers are describing a methodology to produce a characteristic type of CNS poisoning.

Here is the precise recipe of manufacturing the “rabies virus”:

Obtain a bunch of inbred, congenitally brain damaged W-Swiss mice from the Rockefeller Foundation’s proprietary mouse line.
Inject the mice with a preparation called “rabies virus”, i.e. “Virus-containing brain tissue diluted 1 to 100 with 10 per cent horse serum plus distilled water and injected intracerebrally in 0.03 cc. amounts into 3 weeks old Swiss mice is passed on serially from the brains of the injected mice when they become prostrate.”

Ta-da!

Note that the methodology section in this “science” paper carefully avoids to mention how the “virus-containing brain tissue” is produced in the first place. You can see how ridiculous this is: first they inbreed some congenitally damaged animals with a CNS disease that can be called “rabies”, then select the worst cases, take their rotting brain matter, mix with chemicals, inject it in some other poor animals, and repeat this a few times. That’s what “serial passaging” means. This is what the “biodefense” racketeering club wants you to believe will one day unleash a flying Ebola, because trust the science. The serial passaging has been conducted since at least 1939, and the flying Ebola is yet to materialize. Unless it’s a “vaccine” sprayed, for example, from a drone, i.e. a deployed chemical poison. However, poisons do not “evolve”, nor “spread” by themselves, in cases of secondary shedding quickly attenuate in potency, and thus have a very limited reach.

You may ask, if this virus is so rare and difficult to find, why manufacture it on purpose? The answer is - quit using logic so much!

Let’s make a direct connection from the late 1800’s to 2020. For example, the same question should have been asked of Col Wendy Sammonds-Jackson, ideally in the setting of a criminal/bioterrorism investigation into the actions of her employers. On March 5, 2020 she announced at a Pentagon presser that the DOD was manufacturing stocks of “covid virus” while the illness was practically non-existent in the US and barely in the world. The viral causality was not established then, or ever since. There was nothing but an imaginary computer sequence uploaded to Genbank by who knows who.

Since Col Wendy and the Pentagon contractors were making chemical brews ahead of any “pandemic” and “emergency”, this means that these actors faked and forced these events on everyone on the planet. She is a key witness and should be interviewed as part of the true inquiry into the covid crimes.

The answers to the 1939 Rockefeller-funded rabies making and the 2020 DOD-funded covid situation are the same - these people are insane psychopaths funded by other insane psychopaths, running a continuous global protection racket and weapons trade. They make the poisons and scare you with nonexistent “viruses” so that you line up to voluntarily inject yourself, your children and your pets and domestic animals with more of their patented poisons (vaccines). Both “viruses” and “vaccines” are the same poison brews.

This is crucial for everyone to understand. The way “viruses” are recovered by the CDC/NIH/DOD and other criminal cartel participants are by first poisoning animals or humans with a variety of injected chemical poisons, and then collecting the expelled products of poisoning. They are “harvesting” toxic materials and then claim that these materials exist independently as causative agents, and fly in the air, posing danger from even a slight casual contact (a massive lie to the public perpetuated for centuries). Then the poisoners use these materials wrapped in more poisoning chemicals, food-derived proteins, aborted fetal cells, cancer cells, etc. delivered as injections and cause the chronic disease epidemic, while renaming the resulting diseases into numerous “conditions and syndromes” and ascribing them to genetics (falsely), habits like smoking (not very dangerous by itself) and now trying to pin all this on food and agriculture.

Let’s appreciate from 140 years of distance the prophetic words of Dr. Dolan that have stood the test of time. He perfectly described the madness of the fabricated “viral pandemic” and the murderous response:

A careful and caring physician is humble and respectful of the God’s marvelous gift of life. A mad scientist detests and fears it, enamored by his chemical kits and other fabrications, feeding his God complex. We do not need to follow the science. We do not need a more scientific approach to medicine. What’s urgently needed is the return of the physicians like Dr. Dolan.

The Covid Dossier is a compilation of the evidence we have amassed over the last three years supporting the following claim:

Covid was not a public health event, although it was presented as such to the world’s population. It was a global operation, coordinated through public-private intelligence and military alliances and invoking laws designed for CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) weapons attacks.

HOW IT STARTED: FIVE YEARS AGO TODAY

Exactly five years ago, on February 4th, 2020, two things happened that almost nobody knows about, but that played an important role in the course of recent world history:

1) Two declarations for CBRN (weapons of mass destruction) emergencies – EUA and PREP Act – made by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, were registered on this date. [ref][ref]

This PREP Act Public Health Emergency declaration has been repeatedly renewed and is currently in effect through December 31, 2029.

These two events are remarkable for several reasons:

They indicate that the beginnings of Covid were rooted in national security machinations, not public health considerations.
They also strongly suggest that the deployment of the EUA “medical countermeasures” under Public Health Emergency declaration was officially launched at a time when an emergency, much less a national or a global one, could not possibly be determined. No public health parameters justifying that a novel virus posed a “threat to national security” existed at the time of the EUA and PREP Act declarations.

1. Breaking: the “freedom movement” including phony leaders like Dr. Malone has unified about this topic!

First, let me express my thanks to Robert Malone for finally, after all these years, admitting that what I and have been writing about covid “pandemic response” is true. Specifically:

Katherine and I have reported that the US Department of Defense managed the development, production and deployment of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid vaccines, as part of a coordinated "whole-of-government" program involving Congress (providing statutory authority and funding); US presidents; DoD (including DARPA, DTRA and other subdivisions), Department of Health and Human Services-Public Health Service (including ASPR, BARDA, CDC, FDA, NIH, NIAID and other subdivisions); Department of Homeland Security (including FEMA); Department of Treasury, and most if not all other federal agencies; the Federal Reserve; pharmaceutical drug and device manufacturing companies incorporated into federal government (by contracts and Presidential proclamations under the Public Health Service Act, Defense Production Act, Stafford Act and National Emergencies Act); international quasi-governmental and banking organizations including the Bank for International Settlements, United Nations-World Health Organization; and non-governmental organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) and Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).

Pharmas and other companies were compelled by the US Government to deliver “demonstrations”, i.e. fraud to the Government under military command and purchasing mechanisms.

I hope you will ultimately get investigated for your role in the largest atrocity known to mankind (faked “pandemic” and mass homicidal “response”, plus a gigantic money laundering op). He is trying to “recalibrate” the message, as if he just discovered some new truth about the DOD/DTRA! 2. Robert Malone admits that he worked/works for the DOD/DTRA.

I.e., this whole thing is written under the influence thereof. Let’s remember one thing:

for years now as part of their advocacy of this interpretation, presumably because of my long history of working with the US Department of Defense in the Biodefense sector, and in particular with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency Chemical and Biological Technologies Directorate (DTRA CB), which is “dual-hatted” as the Joint Science and Technology Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JSTO-CBD) under the Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP).
Some Relevant Bona Fides
Those who have followed me closely may recall that over two years ago I was the first to disclose that a different branch of DTRA, the Threat Mitigation Branch (based on Fort Belvoir, VA), was a major funder of the Chinese CCP/PLA Wuhan Institute of Virology, and so shared responsibility with NIH/NIAID for the funding which lead to the eventual release of SARS-CoV-2 into the world. The DTRA/Threat Mitigation Branch funding was provided in the context of the DTRA/TMB “International Cooperation” activities, which are focused on cooperative threat reduction.

That’s fascinating for sure! The Chinese lab in Wuhan took the US dollars from the US government and did what the US government asked them to do, i.e. fulfilled the contractual obligations.

Readers, here is my article about the real role of Wuhan from 2 years ago. When did Bob Malone tell you that the “engineered virus from Wuhan lab” is the second layer of lies which was rolled out after the original bat-pangolin bullshit became indefensible?

Oh, he hasn’t told you that yet? Maybe in a few more years. Moving on…

3. Robert Malone explains that OTA is necessary to Fake Faster and avoid jail:

Now, let’s talk about Other Transactions Authority (OTA) contracts given to pharma companies to produce the covid jabs and many other murdering products and services, including psyop propaganda, censorship and “cybersecurity” - running social media bots to swarm, mass report and bully anyone who tried to tell the truth. This is one of my favorite topics. Katherine Watt, Debbie Lerman and I wrote extensively about DOD contracts and OTA mechanism for the past 2 years.

On December 8th of the Good Lord’s year 2024, i.e. 4 years after the fact, this is the first instance of Robert Malone addressing this very important issue:

The notorious DoD Pfizer contract that Watt and Latypova often speak of was issued under a special federal contracting process known as an “Other Transactional Authority” or OTA. The OTA structure was put into place in response to general governmental bureaucratic frustration relating to biodefense product development and acquisition under the standard contracting process that is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations or FAR. […]
The process of issuing and awarding a FAR-compliant contract can take up to two years, often at least nine months if very actively expedited.

Shocking news, y’all. Do you know that in private sector multi-million dollar contracts also take years to negotiate and sign? In addition to price and scope negotiations, there are things called “due diligence” and “compliance with law and regulations”.

Well, rules for thee but not for the government leaches! Biodefense money laundering can’t wait for the pesky Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements. Government money laundromat goes brrr!

And, as one might hope, it requires many legally binding commitments from the contractor (the company getting the contract from USG). For example, these typically include keeping daily time sheets for all company employees - including those in management or not actually working on the contract!

Standard accounting requirements including timesheets (which I always had to do in MY private sector contracting) are hate and injustice when they apply to the government purchasing, for sure…

There are two major issues that the USG has to contend with concerning large FAR-compliant contracts. First, the pool of trained and certified contracting officers (CO) is getting smaller and smaller. Becoming a CO is a high-risk pathway for a government employee. As part of their training, it is made clear that CO will go to jail if evidence of contracting corruption or malfeasance is identified. No glory, modest pay, and lots of risk and responsibility. Not something that many govies want to take on. The contracting officer corps has been retiring out for many years now, diminishing from year to year.

I have to say, the above passage is my favorite part - nobody wants to take CO jobs anymore, because they look at what’s required, and run! Gee, I wonder how everyone who examines the job requirements of a BARDA CO closely comes to the conclusion that they will end up in the big house?

Second, corporations (often referred to as “beltway bandits”)

Good level of self-awareness, Bob!

that specialize in federal contracting are usually not leaders in technology (or drug) development, and those who are leaders are focused on their sector and not on federal contracting. To illustrate the point, it has been my experience over decades that a federal FAR-compliant contract will add about 30% to 50% overhead to the cost of doing the work for a private sector contract. So, if you are a big pharma or biotech innovator, you have to be pretty desperate to want to work for the US Government.

So desperate! When $10B-a-pop contracts are given for a no-bid, no-rules “demonstration”. I mean, that’s just abject poverty, who in their right mind wants this headache:

What’s a government agency to do? Particularly one tasked with rapidly developing medical countermeasures to engineered pathogens and emerging infectious diseases?

Why is it tasked with faking fakery is a better question…

Well, the developed answer was the Other Transactional Authority or OTA.
Basically the idea here was to develop a compromise. By limiting the scope to just research and development of a “solution” through to a “demonstration” product (rather than actually acquiring the “solution” or “product,”) a simplified contract could be rapidly developed and issued, and the more burdensome contracting clauses could be waived without breaching the FAR, which was designed for actual acquisition and deployment. And to make this system run even faster, it was decided that contractors could be “pre-qualified” as suitable for award of an OTA by making them pay a fee to a private company that would vet their suitability - and in this way circumvent some of the problems with the diminishing CO staffing issue. In other words, outsource many of the contracting officer tasks to the private sector. The way this actually works is that the company that wants to get federal OTA contracts has to pay a fee to the outsourced private contracting company to pre-qualify them. Sort of like having to pay your bank to pre-qualify you for a home loan if you want to get a house financed.

Of course, this is a great solution for Faking Fakery Fast (FFF) or Even Faster (FFEF) to avoid the FAR requirements! You give it to a “manager”, a private company ATI that manages all sorts of weapons productions for the DOD. Specifically, for faking covid countermeasures ATI was awarded a $10B “management fee” by the Department of Defense.

What was your cut, Bob? Since you claim (confess) you set up this whole thing?

Even though this OTA process was principally established for the HHS biodefense group known as BARDA, BARDA ran into some contracting officer “issues” (yes, Jail time was involved), and HHS generally does not use OTA these days. And BARDA did not have any OTA vehicles set up that could handle COVID-related issues. But DoD did, consequent to DTRA in particular.

Someone took the fall and went to jail for BARDA? I wonder why, again…

Now, here is the truth as to why HHS “partnered” with the DOD on Operation Warp Speed (credit for untangling this):

It appears that one of the main reasons this “partnering” needed to happen was the use of Other Transaction Authority (OTA). It turns out, quite reasonably, different federal agencies have different scope of the OTAs. The scope of HHS’s OTA did not permit manufacturing pharmaceuticals at scale, especially not before satisfying regulatory requirements for safety.

There is no way HHS could have used its very limited OTA to sign contracts for hundreds of millions of novel medical products.

So what did HHS do?

As the Government Accountability Office (GAO) noted in its July 2021 report on “Covid-19 Contracting:” HHS “partnered” with DoD to “leverage DoD’s OTA authorities…which HHS lacked.” (p. 24)

Acting as separate federal agencies within the limits of their authorities, neither HHS nor DOD would have been able to order 100 million doses of unapproved, untested, previously thoroughly failed “vaccine”. So they “partnered” in order to break the constraints of their Congressionally issued authorities.

4. Robert Malone’s role in advancing Remdesivir - he admits to it:

That aside, Robert wants you to know he had *nothing!* to do with advancing Remdesivir, the murder weapon of choice in the hospitals and outpatient settings. But *nothing!* here means the opposite of what you think it means:

Just to say it, neither myself nor (to the best of my knowledge) DTRA-CB or the DOMANE program had any role in advancing Remdesivir for use to treat COVID. I understand that NIH/NIAID and Dr. Anthony Fauci, specifically, were responsible for this travesty, not DTRA CB, and certainly not me.

However, the DOD disagrees with his version of events. Here is a story from the Department of Defense on DTRA’s search for therapies against covid in Feb 2021. It’s titled “DTRA’s Therapeutic Arm Latches on to FDA-approved and Affordable Drugs for COVID-19 Relief”. Quote:

“To complement the modest therapeutic effect of Remdesivir, DOMANE also identified Famotidine, a COVID-19 disease modifier from Johnson & Johnson; Pfizer’s Celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory product; and Merck’s Mectizan®, Ivermectin, an antiviral for clinical trials.”

Matt Hepburn is a key witness of how the biodefense brigade apparently subverted the authority of POTUS and declared a “national security threat” absent any real illness, any real public health threat or any presidential actions. They also spigoted (MIRPed?) $50B for this to their cronies in pharma industry before Trump could even blink, get enraged and fire Jennifer Santos (who immediately got another cushy military job)!

Now, does that mean that DoD was entirely passive in the development of the mRNA “vaccine” products? Absolutely not. Months after EUA “authorization” of the Pfizer and Moderna products, I got a call out of the blue from an old colleague that I had worked with on the Ebola vaccine development project that I had spearheaded for another client - New Link Genetics. This was the vaccine that was later sold to Merck and FDA authorized for Ebola (Zaire) prophylaxis. The colleague in question had been an Army Lieutenant Colonel at the time, and I had provided some mentoring to him way back when. He had subsequently moved on to Army logistics and acquisition, but because of his Ebola vaccine development experience had been reassigned on short notice to project manage the Moderna vaccine project for OWS. He seemed to need to unburden himself about what he had seen and experienced, and about the frustration of having to project manage a diverse multi-agency group tasked with managing the Moderna project - which had (at least in part) originated at the NIH/NIAID Vaccine Research Center. Point being that yes, a DoD Army Colonel was placed as project manager for OWS/Moderna, but it was a thankless task with little power - essentially a multi-agency cat herding task. Not a process unilaterally driven by DoD, in contrast to the uninformed theories of Watt and Latypova.

It was a thankless task for Matt Hepburn! And I absolutely believe that it was. Heists like this are hard to pull off and their success hinges on constant state of chaos, stress, panic, impossible deadlines, disorganization, fear - all the elements needed so that people turn off critical thinking and just run with the herd to where they are being herded. The goal was to fool the seasoned professionals, not the general public, who are easily fooled. And it worked! Most participants in this atrocity were roped in via panic and bullshit, and kept there by money and implied (and at times actual) threats to their careers.

Robert Malone calls Katherine and me “crazy conspiracy theorists”. That’s an ad-hominem smear and not very original, too! I am not sure why, since he repeats what we have been saying about the DOD, the no-rules contracting, the no-regulation giant money laundering and his own participation in “testing” DTRA’s Remdesivir via a shitty computer model DOMANE and the Quantum Leap “clinical trial”, and then asserts all of this is a crazy conspiracy! As I mentioned before, I think it is a skill, a trained technique of getting ahead of the facts that cannot be ignored anymore: pretend YOU discovered it, not the other side! Pretend it’s all kosher, and furthermore, play victim and call the other side “crazy conspiracists”. For your information, Dr. Malone, your employers did not invent this technique. “Dezinformacia” was invented by the Soviets. But, kudos! you get high marks as an expert practitioner of it.

Dr. Stefan Homburg: Some Interesting Excerpts from the RKI-Leak

I have written about this massive leak of unredacted documents from the German CDC and asked readers to contribute articles.

This article was kindly provided by the author of the presentation which is in the YouTube video above discussing the leak, Dr. Stefan Homburg, a professor from Leibniz University, Hannover, Germany. I made some minor stylistic edits.

The RKI-Leak comprises 10GB confidential material from Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the German CDC. This whistle-blow stems from an employee of the Institute who handed it over to a German journalist Aya Velasquez, the woman in the picture below. Aya, journalist Bastian Barucker and myself presented it at a press conference on 23 July 2024.

1. From a US point of view, the following document is perhaps the most striking, because it proves that the so-called pandemic was staged and steered by very powerful forces. The upper part shows the original German text and the lower part a literal English translation:

Remember that before the 2020 presidential election, Trump had been fooled by Fauci and heralded mRNA vaccines as “saviors of mankind”. However, unknown political forces favored Biden and they ordered American as well as European authorities to obstruct emergency admissions. The latter were granted soon after Biden’s victory.

In fact, the risk level was set by the Ministry of Health and not derived from any medical data:

Agent Orange: deployment of chemical weapons by ARPA and DOD in Vietnam

This post is about the history of using pesticides/herbicides as chemical weapons by the United States ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency, predecessor to DARPA) and the DOD (Department of Defense) in the development and deployment of Agent Orange on civilian targets and food supply in Vietnam, as well as on US own military forces. The reason I am writing about this is because the herbicide chemical weapons program was practically identical to how DARPA and DOD deployed covid countermeasures on the US and worldwide targets.

I will be quoting from many sources, including this very detailed analysis in a paper published by Columbia University in journal Nature in 2003:

Between 1961 and 1971 herbicide mixtures, nicknamed by the colored identification band painted on their 208-litre storage barrels, were used by United States and Republic of Vietnam forces to defoliate forests and mangroves, to clear perimeters of military installations and to destroy `unfriendly' crops as a tactic for decreasing enemy food supplies. The best-known mixture was Agent Orange. About 65% of the herbicides contained 2,4,5 trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T), which was contaminated with varying levels of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD).

US Air Force (USAF) operations, codenamed Operation Ranch Hand, dispersed more than 95% of all herbicides used in Operation Trail Dust, the overall herbicide program. Other branches of the US armed services and RVN forces, generally using hand sprayers, spray trucks (Buffalo turbines), helicopters and boats, sprayed smaller quantities of herbicide.

In addition to Agent Orange many other chemical weapons were used. Agent Blue was especially effective at killing rice. Agents Blue and Orange are chemically unrelated. Blue is made up of arsenic compounds, is deadly to humans and lives forever in soil and water supplies.

Over time, arsenic poison builds up and magnifies in humans and animals, increasing in toxicity over decades. Four million gallons of Agent Blue was sprayed over Vietnam between 1961 and 1971, but Blue didn't work on broadleaf vegetation such as jungle canopies as well as the other rainbow herbicides.

Agents Pink, Purple and Green were phased out by 1964, being contaminated with three times as much TCDD as Agent Orange.

An estimated 19 million gallons of these chemical agents were sprayed over Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos during the war. At least 11 million were Agent Orange.

The roles of both ARPA and DOD in development and deployment of Agent Orange were nearly identical to their roles in the development and deployment of Covid-19 injections and other “medical countermeasures”:

Role of ARPA

ARPA's research and development efforts through Project AGILE significantly influenced the military's decision to use herbicides in Vietnam. It provided the scientific and technical basis for the large-scale defoliation operations that followed, contributing significantly to the military's herbicide program.

Project AGILE:
ARPA established Project AGILE in the early 1960s to investigate means for engaging in remote, limited asymmetric warfare, particularly for use in supporting countries fighting Communist insurgents in Southeast Asia. Project AGILE ran from mid-1961 through 1974 and played a crucial role in developing herbicides as a military weapon for use in Vietnam.

Herbicide Testing and Development:
Under Project AGILE, ARPA performed various aspects of herbicide development and testing:
- Conducted tests on combinations and concentrations of herbicides
- Performed calibration studies of spray delivery systems to achieve desired application rates
- Experimented on optimal conditions to minimize spray drift
- Supported the development of the Hamlet Evaluation System, which collected political census data later used for estimating population exposures to herbicides

Subproject VI:
As part of Project AGILE, Subproject VI covered "individual and special projects," which included the use of herbicides like Agent Orange. This subproject was responsible for overseeing various aspects of herbicide research and development.

OCONUS Test Program:
ARPA sponsored the "Outside the Contiguous US" (OCONUS) Defoliation Test Program under Project AGILE, ARPA Order 423. This program included tests conducted in Thailand in 1964 and 1965 to determine the effectiveness of aerial applications of various herbicides, including Agent Purple and Agent Orange, in defoliating upland jungle vegetation representative of Southeast Asia.

Collaboration with Other Agencies:
ARPA worked in conjunction with other military branches and agencies. For example, the United States Army Biological Center, based at Fort Detrick, Maryland, conducted some of the test programs sponsored by ARPA.

Data Collection and Analysis:
ARPA developed a package of programs for analyzing data from the Hamlet Evaluation System, which was later used to estimate population exposures to herbicides.

Role of the Department of Defense

- Ordered the production of Agent Orange and other tactical herbicides
- Authorized the use of Agent Orange in combat operations
- Controlled the transport, storage, and use of Agent Orange
- Implemented the herbicide program in Vietnam through various military branches
- Assigned research and development responsibilities for new herbicides to the Army Chemical Corps at Fort Detrick
- Tasked the Air Force with operational responsibility for the herbicide program
- Procured Agent Orange and other tactical herbicides from chemical companies under the Defense Production Act of 1950
- Implemented Operation Ranch Hand, which used C-123 cargo planes to spray herbicides in Vietnam
- Initially required presidential authority for Agent Orange use, but by 1965 no longer needed such approval

The role of Monsanto and other pesticide manufacturers:

Agent Orange was created in 1940, decades before the American involvement in Vietnam and even before the United States entered World War II. It was used in the United States as an agricultural defoliant, as it had the ability to kill some plants while leaving others unaffected.

The U.S. government compelled nine American companies to make Agent Orange for military use, including Dow Chemical and Monsanto, using the Defense Production Act of 1950. Agent Orange was produced strictly for the military, which controlled its transportation, storage and later use.

The Monsanto Chemical Company reported that the TCDD in Agent Orange could be toxic as early as 1962. The President's Science Advisory Committee reported the same to the Joint Chiefs of Staff that same year. Studies from 1954 onward confirm the toxicity of both herbicides used in Agent Orange.

What Agent Orange Does to the Body

Dioxins are persistent organic pollutants, also known as "forever chemicals." While Agent Orange as a whole dries quickly and brakes down when exposed to sunlight when not bound to soil, leaves or grass, the TCDD dioxin contaminants in Agent Orange do not. TCDD is a human carcinogen and the most harmful of all dioxins.

Once introduced into the environment, dioxins like TCDD take a long time to break down, if they do at all. They accumulate in the fatty tissues of animals and humans, building up into the food chain. This means that people previously unaffected by Agent Orange can be exposed to TCDD by ingesting animal fat contaminated with the toxin.

Acute exposure to TCDD and other dioxins can cause chloracne, a dark, patchy series of lesions on the skin. Longer-term exposure causes alterations in liver function, immune system impairment and damage to developing nervous, endocrine and reproductive systems, according to the World Health Organization.

Exposure to Agent Orange causes a number of chronic issues, diseases and cancers. There are 19 presumptive conditions the VA recognizes as connected to Agent Orange exposure, including Hodgkin's disease, lymphomas and cancers affecting the bladder, prostate and respiratory system. Conditions caused by Agent Orange.

If the short- and long-term exposure wasn't apparent, effects of Agent Orange have been shown to skip a generation, meaning genetic effects can reappear in subsequent generations.

The Vietnam War ended in 1975, yet no large-scale epidemiological study of herbicides and the health of either the Vietnamese population or war veterans has been carried out. Large numbers of Vietnamese civilians and US service members have been directly exposed to toxic herbicidal agents sprayed at massive volumes. The VA estimates that as many as 2.8 million Vietnam veterans could have been exposed to Agent Orange while between 2.1 and 4.5 million Vietnamese civilians may have been affected by exposure. The numbers do not include American civilians, U.S. Navy veterans stationed off the coast, Vietnamese combatants or those affected after the war's end.

Agent Orange and other chemical weapons were manufactured by Monsanto, Dow and related suppliers, under orders from the DOD and using the Defense Production Act. This is also very similar to how the DOD contracted with Pfizer, Moderna and other pharma and medical device companies for covid countermeasures in 2020.

No one in the government (ARPA, DOD) was ever held accountable for deaths and injuries and environmental damage caused by Agent Orange and other chemical weapons.

The government and military committed the atrocities, then blamed bad capitalists, after which some corporate shells settled “product liability” lawsuits, but nobody was personally held responsible.

After ~14 years of private litigation the Agent Orange Settlement Fund was created by the resolution of the Agent Orange Product Liability Litigation - a class action lawsuit brought by Vietnam Veterans and their families regarding injuries incurred as a result of the exposure of Vietnam Veterans to chemical herbicides. The suit was brought against the major manufacturers of these herbicides - Monsanto and a few others. The class action case was settled out-of-court in 1984 for $180 million dollars, reportedly the largest settlement of its kind at that time.

The payment program operated over a period of 6 years, beginning, after appeals, in 1988 and concluding in 1994. During its operation, the Settlement Fund distributed a total of $197 million in cash payments to members of the class in the United States.

Of the 105,000 claims received by the Payment Program, approximately 52,000 Vietnam Veterans or their survivors received cash payments which averaged about $3,800 each.

In other words, the plaintiffs had to wait for 18-26 years (and spend money on litigation) to have a 50% chance of receiving $3800 in compensation. In fact, the $1200 payment offered by AstraZeneca to plaintiff Bre Dressen somewhat exceeds this sum in real terms (due to the litigation cost, risk, and time value of money).

Speaking of which, how are those lawsuits against bad pharma doing? Anyone has an update? Are we winning yet?

Those who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it.

Next time you see a military service member and have an urge to thank them for their service, please stop and consider - service TO WHOM? Instead, I suggest telling them that you pray for their safety and that of their family, and that at some point of their career they will be ordered to commit an atrocity, and that they have the right and in fact the duty to refuse. Pray that they find the strength to refuse.

Coming to 2024, it seems that the GOP lawmakers are well familiar with history and are working to make sure it repeats even better this time. Recall, that current PREP Act declarations include the use of pesticides and nerve agents. Also note that polio is not a virus, it is a poisoning by neurotoxic pesticides (organophosphates and carbamates).

According to Beyond Pesticides news blog, currently GOP lawmakers are advancing the bill to preempt state and local governance on pesticides and shield lawmakers from injury liability lawsuits:

The Senate GOP framework alludes to federal preemption of state and local governance on pesticides, agriculture, and public health in Title X Horticulture title: “Restates and reaffirms U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) obligation with respect to the federal and state regulatory process.” Moreover, in Title XII Miscellaneous: “Protects the ability of livestock producers to raise and sell products into interstate commerce without interference from other states.” Environmental and health advocates believe that these two points refer to House-approved text carrying over from the Agricultural Labeling Uniformity Act and Ending Agricultural Trade Suppression (EATS) Act, respectively, and would effectively:
Prohibit the right to sue for failure to warn when harmed by pesticides. In Section 10204 of the House Farm Bill, language shields (gives immunity to) the producers and users of toxic pesticides from liability lawsuits associated with the harm that their products cause. The provision will block lawsuits like those successfully advanced against Bayer/Monsanto for adverse health effects, like cancer, associated with exposure to their products and companies’ failure to warn about these effects on EPA approved product labels.
Prohibit the rights of states and local governments to restrict pesticides and protect public health and the environment. In Sections 10204 and 10205, language would prevent local and state governments from passing pesticide ordinances or concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) regulations that conflict with (aka more stringent than) federal regulations and policy.

Avian flu virus H5N1: No proof for existence, pathogenicity, or pandemic potential; non-“H5N1” causation omitted

I was shocked to find this excellent and concise paper in peer review:

Short summary of the paper: pandemic potential avian flu H5N1 virus was determined a fake promoted by WHO, CDC, Robert Koch Institute and Friedrich Loeffler Institute in 2006.

The paper is easy to read by a non-expert, that I am reproducing it here entirely:

WHO, CDC, Robert Koch Institute (RKI), and Friedrich Loeffler Institute (FLI) claim that H5N1 (avian flu virus) is “highly contagious”. Further, Reinhard Kurth, president of RKI, says that H5N1 “threatens potentially all six billion people on earth”.
We identified four fundamental questions underlying these claims and requested supporting studies from FLI (which according to the German Government “possesses virus isolates of H5N1”):
1. Does H5N1 exist?
2. Is it pathogenic to animals?
3. Is it transmissible and pathogenic to humans, and does it have pandemic potential?
Have other causes for observed disease been studied?

FLI responded with four papers: PNAS [1], Science [2], J Virol [3] directed towards questions 1 and 2; EID [4] towards question 3; PNAS [1] towards question 4.

Question 1 (existence). FLI responded with, “H5N1/asia virus can be produced completely in vitro by using reverse genetics. The virus generated this way, also called infectious clone, cannot contain contaminants from sick animals” [translated from German]. However, PCR cannot be used to identify viruses which have not been previously sequenced [5].

The PNAS paper (as the others) does not show or reference the composition of the stock virus – nor does Subbarao et al. (referenced by the EID paper), which claims first characterization of H5N1 disease in a human in 1997 [6]. Though the EID study failed to detect “H5N1” in several of the diseased organs, this anomaly was labelled an “enigma”, rather than a “contradiction”.

Robert Webster, corresponding author of the PNAS paper and Director of WHO’s Collaborating Center for Studies on the Ecology of Influenza in Animals and Birds, informed us that stock viruses “are classified as select agents” and “we are not at liberty to release this information”. Without verification, and without purification described in any of these papers, we cannot accept that stock virus is pure and fully characterized. Inquiries for clarification to Webster, CDC Select Agents Program, and FLI received no response.

Question 2 (animal pathogenicity). Papers describe the use of natural routes, but disease was only achieved with extraordinary concentrations, up to 10 million EID per animal. None of the experiments used controls or blinding. The Science paper is highly abstract molecular science, employing elevated concentrations of chimeric variants.

Question 3 (human pathogenicity and pandemic potential). The EID paper is an anecdotal report of a 6-year-old boy from Thailand with severe multi-organ disease. No evidence was given for transmissibility to humans. The scientists found evidence of aspergillosis, and the boy was treated with toxic agents (broad-spectrum antimicrobial and antivirals) before he died.

Subbarao et al. (referenced by the EID paper), describes a previously healthy 3-year-old Hong Kong boy who developed flu-like symptoms in May 9, 1997, and was treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics and salicylic acid, though this is commonly contraindicated. He developed Reye’s Syndrome and died eleven days later [7]. A search commenced for causation within a limited range of flu viruses. H5N1 was claimed causative, even though coronaviruses, flaviviruses, enteroviruses, other pathogens and chemicals can also cause flu symptoms. There was no confirmation of prior avian contact. Regardless, warnings of an “explosive pandemic” appeared in this early document, though FLI conceded: “There is no scientific forecasting method that can evaluate the possibility that an influenza virus induces a new pandemic.”

Question 4 (non-“H5N1” causation). Neither the Subbarao et al study nor the FLI references consider reasonable, competing theories for disease causation, e.g., environmental and pharmaceutical factors.

Our analysis shows the papers do not satisfy our four basic questions. Claims of H5N1 pathogenicity and pandemic potential need to be challenged further.

As I previously reported, the “pandemic potential avian flu virus H5N1” fake narrative was re-animated in 2011 by Ron Foucher and Erasmus Medical Center (NL). They were hoping to get the fear porn going again after it was defeated in 2006. They succeeded, despite many sound journalists and scientists identifying the false narrative at the time.

Fouchier and Erasmus were not the only ones stoking fear about “highly pathogenic” bird flu, it is now standard trope of every criminal health authority and academic hanger-on worldwide.

There is no H5N1 virus, not in nature and not in the lab. Nobody can make viruses nor modify viruses in the labs. They can make a chemical soup using PCR and other fraudulent, or at a minimum, unvalidated methods and may show some lab tricks for scaremongering purposes, but none of these abracadabras survive in the open. That’s because they are a dead chemical soup to begin with and are non-compatible with living organisms. The only risk that “bioengineered pathogens” represent is poisoning. Which DOES NOT CAUSE PANDEMICS. Poisoning is always localized. The pandemics are faked by government officials, military and intelligence, academia and mainstream media, as I discussed here:
